Newly refurbished and extended 3 Bedroom, luxury villa, all bedrooms have En suite bathrooms, villa located at the prestigious resort of Aphrodite Hills.

The villa is very private in a secluded position with lovely ravine views.

Villa Eleyjo is situated in the heart of the 5 Star resort of Aphrodite Hills and is within comfortable walking distance of all the resorts many facilities including golf, Tennis, spa, shops and restaurants. The villa itself is situated at the end of a cul de sac on Zephyros Village ensuring privacy and seclusion whilst offering lovely views over the nature reserve.

This large 3 bedroom villa has had a complete refit from top to bottom with the addition of a new private pool; there are various seating areas and new patios.   A second fully equipped outside kitchen is now in place with dining room with retractable roofs for inside/outside dining and a sun room with bi-fold glass windows.

The villa consists of spacious lounge with cool and airy leather sofas, 75in flat screen smart tv, suspended ceiling with modern feature lighting this leading out to an external private terrace with sofas and chairs and coffee table overlooking the ravine and lower garden.

There is a separate cloakroom with wc and was hand basin on this level. The villa is fully air conditioned with heating option ideal for winter bookings.

Fabulous designer Kitchen, in high gloss charcoal and white with white and silver granite work tops. Every appliance you could wish for is fitted to include 2  ovens,  Microwave, 5 burner hob Plate warming drawer, extractor. American Fridge Freezer with ice and water supply. The kitchen has been fitted with everything you need for a family home and entertaining and no expense has been spared.

Crystal lighting and down lighters, the interior of the units are fitted with modern pull out racking. Pull out corner units. Deep drawers and is a home away from home.  Crockery and Glassware is left for every day and dinner party use. This is one of the best equipped villas you will find to rent!!

The Kitchen leads to a separate dining room.  This is a spectacular room and has a large square glass top dining table that seats up to 12 people. The roof is retractable enabling you to have dinner under the stars or under low level lights fitted in the electric roof.  The walls all have bi fold glass around so that dining can be open or can be closed for an intimate dinner party. The room connects to a second terrace from the outside Kitchen.

The outside Kitchen has a circular seating area so no chef is cut off from the guest’s conversation. The whole of the outside area has bi fold glass and also a retracting roof. This gives multiple combinations for entertaining, family gatherings and weather conditions.  The retracting roof has lights for night time cooking. 

The fully fitted outside kitchen has quality plastic ware for by the pool, from plates to champagne flutes everything is here for dining, drinking and entertaining.  Extra crockery and dinner ware. There is a cast iron griddle for bbq, 6 burner gas hob and double oven, sink, integrated dishwasher and large bottle fridge for housing wine and beer. There is also a large American style fridge freezer housed on the outside terrace.

Outside

The villa has several terraces and balconies. It has a private garden and pool area and extensive patio. The villa has a very large garden with several areas of patio and overlooking the ravine and is  in  a very private position at the end of a cul de sac. Outside w/c.

Newly built private pool 11 metre x 4.5 metre with walled end and letter box waterfalls!! Pool heating is available, as an extra weekly cost.

The pool has waterfall feature, and has a depth of 1.10 to 1.4 metre.

Outside are comfortable over-sized  sun loungers, circular love seats and there is enough space for family’s to be together and also sit separately for reading and relaxation.

Umbrellas & dining table for 8 persons are in place and also extra chairs and sofa for guests comfort.

This is a very private garden with its own fabulous Pool. The pool has a high wall at one end housing 2 water falls which can be switched on or off. 

We also have a communal infinity pool which is only available for the owners and guests of Zephyros village, the pool is just one minute walk from your front door and has sun loungers, and you therefore have the choice of 2 pools to use during your stay!

Bedrooms

All 3 bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows with quality bedding and are tastefully furnished, each with its own individual style.

The Master bedroom has an Emperor Size bed., ample wardrobe storage, drawer space and bedside tables. Large velvet sofa and mirror and this bedroom leads out to the lower garden area with sofa, chairs and coffee table and is very peaceful overlooking the ravine and secret valley.

There is a large en suite bathroom with double basins storage cupboards, w.c.  Separate shower cubicle and bath with 2^nd shower over.

The 2^nd bedroom has a King size bed, wardrobes and bedside tables. Double doors leading to lower garden and seating area which is very private, En suite with large double shower cubicle, w.c. and basin housed with marble top cupboard.

The 3^rd bedroom can either be a King size bed or un zips to make 2 singles. It is a very pretty room with lots of light and leads to an en suite shower room with double shower with basin and w.c.

There are 3 Wi-Fi systems throughout the property. One for upstairs one for downstairs and one for outside so access is available for tablets, reading, tv & mobile phone use anywhere in and around the villa.

There is a car parking space exclusively for Eleyjo outside the villa.

Distances

It is approximately 8-10 minutes walk to the resort village square where you will find shops, restaurants, bar, hotel, Spa, Tennis Courts and the Golf Club house.  Children’s crèche and play area, Hagendaz ice cream parlour and beer garden. Car hire bike hire and Segway hire.  There is also a 24 hour on call Doctor and Medical centre.

Small Supermarket and take away outlets some of which also have a delivery service, larger supermarkets are just a few minutes drive away.

2 kilometres from the nearest beach (pebble) 10 minutes from nearest sandy beach at Pissouri

20 minutes to Paphos Town and 30 minutes to Limassol. 

Spa

The resort spa has won many awarded for the treatments offered and its signature outdoor infinity pool with stunning views of the Mediterranean and children play areas.  The spa has a Gym, Hydrotherapy pool and you can hire a personal trainer if needed.

It is a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport to the Villa front door & 1 hour 20 mins from Larnaca airport.

Car hire is recommended for access to other Golf Courses on the Island, for sightseeing and to enjoy the sites and historical places you are able to visit.  Troodos Mountains are 45 minutes away and Paphos Harbour 20 minutes.

Accessibility

This is a family friendly house but not ideal for people with disabilities that need wheelchair access.

For winter bookings this property has individually thermostat controlled radiators in every room and hallway.

Bathroom and Pool towels are provided.

Access is from 4pm on day of arrival and departure strictly 10.00 am unless a late dept. has been pre-booked/paid for, in advance.

Arrival & Dept. cleans are included.

This is a non-smoking Villa and we ask that guests do not smoke inside the villa or the covered outside living area.
