Everything is Perfect!

We booked villa Eleyjo in Pathos with Jane for a two week stay in August 23.  This is the second time we have been to the villa in the stunning Aphrodite Hills resort. 
Jane made the whole booking process so easy for us and answered any questions we had. 
Jane even recommended an excellent car hire company called “Elephant” . They were great and gave  one of the most competitive quotes for car hire that I think we’ve had when hiring a car in Pathos. 
The villa is stunning ! It is modern with a beautiful pool and two fully equipped kitchens.. one which opens up to the outside with bi-folding windows .. the living room and the whole  of the villa are so lovely with three gorgeous bedrooms all en-suite . 
We loved sitting outside,  especially in the evening with the pool lights on and the outside all lit up .. 
The shops and amenities on the resort are a short 10 minute walk and we did some lovely walks around the resort , which are surrounded by a beautiful golf course. 
I can’t rate this villa highly enough .. everything is perfect !

“Perfect villa for our holiday”
An ideal location for our anniversary get together with our grown-up children. Well equipped, spacious villa, ideally located to explore the island. Very nice pool, heated to a very comfortable temperature, which we made full use of. Would definitely recommend.

Great villa *****
The villa was ideal. In particular the living areas are very spacious and well equipped. Really liked the folding windows around the dining area which creates an inside/outside space. We made good use of the pool - paid the extra for it to be heated and was very warm. The Aphrodite Hills resort has good facilities and good access to explore the island from. Overall, excellent holiday in Cyprus and this villa was a perfect base.

Superb villa-Loved it!   ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Excellent villa. We were 6 adults so 3 double rooms each with en-suite was great. The villa is of extremely high spec - everything you will need in lovely comfort. Beds comfy, and air con there when needed. Lovely comfy outside sunbeds and seating. You will love it. We particularly loved the juke box. If you've been to Aphrodite hills before, you are near the main centre, max 10 mins walk. Didnt need to try the communal pool as this villa's pool is the best. If you book this villa you will not be disappointed. 

 It was our 2nd stay with Jane's Exclusive Properties.  Great villa and booking with Jane is second to none!

 Very easy and quick responses to any queries.  All went so well.  Villa excellent and any little issues easily sorted.  Excellent support in resort.  Our 2nd booking with Jane and would totally recommend, looking to return soon!

A wonderful holiday in a lovely villa!     ★ ★ ★ ★ ★      

The villa was lovely. It was spotless, and throughout our stay we were well looked after. The Manager was always available and helpful. The villa was very well appointed. We wanted for nothing. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, cleaned thoroughly twice a week.

The restaurants on the site were varied and the food delicious. The golf club also made us very welcome.

We did not use the activities, we were happy to enjoy the peace and quiet, but there were many different sports and activities available to those who wish to take advantage of them.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely villa to anyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

100% Luxury!!   ★ ★ ★ ★ ★                

The property was everything they said it would be an more. A real home from home. It was immaculately clean and very well maintained. Nicos who managed the property checked everything was in order and nothing was too much trouble. The Pool is a real treat and the children loved the waterfalls. This a fabulous place for couples as well as family holiday. There were so many little extras and the whole house was well equipped. We could not believe the choices of glasses, crockery and cutlery. My husband loved the Juke box which we played every day pool side.

The bedrooms were beautifully appointed and luxury bedding and mattresses and were very comfortable. It was a real treat for everyone to have their own en suite bathrooms to each bedroom. We also thought the arrival package was a nice extra and saved us rushing out for initial tea coffee milk and drinks.

The Projector television was enjoyed by the men for the sports whilst there and they also loved the outside kitchen for our lazy bbq lunches and dinners al fresco.

Full size toiletries was a nice surprise and next time (We will return) we will save on our weight on packing as not having to take these with us. Also the quality of the pool towels provided. We had not realised there was also a communal pool that we were allowed to use 1 minute from the villa and the children made a few friends. The whole Villa was 5 start luxury and we can’t wait to book again. Finally a property that delivers what it says.

FAB VILLA!

If you want to stay anywhere in Cyprus and especially on a luxury golf course like Aphrodite Hills you would be hard pressed to match this level of opulence and luxury. Every detail has been considered to make your stay a unforgettable experience.
This property has just undergone a complete refurbishment to a very high standard that includes a complete restructure of the outside patio areas to include dining areas that can be completely al fresco or alternatively offer outside dining behind glass screens all done with such an eye for detail and finishes.
We have been regular visitors to this property for the last six years and we could recommend this one as an absolute gem. It is right in the centre of this beautiful complex and is just a pleasant stroll from all the local amenities. However there is nothing you could wish for once you step over the threshold as every attention has been paid to detail from the big screen projector to the availability of the TV channels in the bedrooms to the stunning pool, a complete oasis of relaxation and tranquillity.
Try it you will not be disappointed. We look forward to our return next year.

Elegant with fabulous facilities
We have stayed for weeks at the Villa for the last 5 years, the remodelling this year has turned it into a wonderfully relaxed and elegant place with a high level of equipment making it ideal to host a great party or enjoy a family holiday. We have already rebooked for next year!

4 of us stayed in this fabulous Villa for one week. We only wish it had been longer. The whole property has been newly re furbished from top to bottom. No expense has been spared on anything and everything. We could not believe that the owns left everything they did. It is a home from home. Beautiful crockery and cutlery and glasses. Everything was superb quality and we cant wait to return. The pool is wonderful in the day but amazing at night time with the waterfalls and changing colours. Not one but 2 well equipped kitchens.
The inside kitchen was better than our own at home lol! Its been very tastefully renovated and the outside living areas are amazing with views over the ravine and nature reserve. The beds were wonderful to sleep in with real quality bedding and we received full size toiletries on arrival which was a first for all of us, along with a lovely welcome pack in the kitchen.
The local agent was amazing showing us how to work everything inside the villa. The men loved the projector and the amazing screen with the sports channels.
This villa is the best we have stayed in on the resort and we have been booking for 8 years on Aphrodite Hills. We will definitely be back to this one. The adaptable 3rd bedroom from King to twin would be useful for people with children and the power showers were excellent. We felt we could all be together but enough areas with canopied love seats, various terraces and different spaces that we could all be together and also have some privacy. This is a real Gem a home from home. We are considering returning in Winter just so we can convert the rooms with the bi fold glass and have a different atmosphere. My husband particularly like the fact that we could have the roof of the dining room and outside kitchen open or closed and it was amazing to cook and dine under the stars.
Not enough space here to describe everything you need to book for yourselves. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to the owners superb accommodation 2017 here we come!!!
