Our acquaintance took place in absentia. During the acquaintance, Dzherry answered in detail all the questions we are interested in. Our vacation was planned from June 24 to July 10, 2019. There were 5 people. Of them, 2 children were 3 and 7 years old. In Cyprus, we visited several times, but rested mainly in its eastern part, Ai-Anapa and Paralimni. Therefore, we decided visit its western part. We have been traveling by car this year which is convenient when you have small children, taking into account the high temperature and adaptation. When choosing a place to stay, we chose an area that would be equally distant from Paphos and Polis. The choice fell on Strumbi, a quiet and pleasant in all respects village, located in a mountainous region 17 kilometers north of Paphos. Our arrival was delayed due to weather conditions during the departure, the arrival delay was about 11 hours. And we arrived instead of the planned 14 hours, at 1 am on 06/06/19, which we warned Jerry, for which he expressed us his thanks. At the airport, after receiving the baggage, we rented a Tayot "Carola" automatic machine, surprisingly we were its first passengers, and after loading our things, we set off. Travel time was about 2 hours.

The route we laid on the navigator so it was not the only difficulty that we wanted to sleep very much and we arrived at about 4 o'clock in the morning. After painting things we went to sleep. MORNING pleasantly surprised us, the view was stunning, the sea of greenery was a magnificent mountain landscape. In the distance they gave me the long-awaited sea. But even more we were pleased with this caring attitude of our host. Everything that was presented according to the information was completely untrue, and Jerry pleasantly took care of us and our children. Milk, bread, butter, cereals, napiki were cooked in the refrigerator. There was red Cyprus wine on the table. All this allowed us to easily make breakfast , and quickly go to the sea. We decided on the route to Polis, the trip which was not more than 20 minutes on the way we were pleasantly surprised by the panoramic beauty of the mountainous area, orange and olive groves, cypress trees, many shops and taverns close to the road. We chose the beach area in Latchi and in the future almost always used it. The beach is called Elena, the place is very well-kept, good parking, showers, equipped dressing rooms, toilets.
Children's playground in the shade, a cafe, a bar where you can drink refreshing drinks in the heat drinks and eat delicious ice cream. Probably not be surprised that beaches, like everywhere else in Cyprus, are municipal, pay for sunbeds and umbrellas 7.5 EURO for the whole day. At lunch we went to rest until 16:00 and no one took our places, yes and there was no need for it at all places, even the weekend was enough.

Who did not want to buy a place, was here on the beach, there was always enough space, two hundred meters from the coast there were rocky breakwaters and therefore there were almost no waves. The beach is sandy-pebbly, the bottom is flat in principle, everything was fine, the beach is fully equipped for people with disabilities, right up to the automated entrance to the sea. The sea in this area of Cyprus is probably the warmest, the water temperature was always at least 27 degrees Compared with Paphos where the water is a couple of degrees lower, which we later became convinced of. The villa in which we settled down was truly wonderful and advised to all our expectations, especially since we had something to compare with.

EVERYTHING is thought out to the smallest detail, which allowed us to easily spend leisure time, especially in the evening, enjoying the silence and evening coolness. We used the air-conditioners only at lunchtime, in the evening and at night there was no need for that. It was very comfortable to use ceiling fans. We often spent evenings on the terrace enjoying the taste of fish and meat delicacies cooked on the grill, and when we wanted to spend time and eat something from the Cypriot cuisine, we traveled around Kataris, 8 km from Stumbi. In general, we really liked the rest. long to remember him and we will be very happy to take a moment to visit these heavenly places.

Special thanks to Jerry in was perfectly organized and left a lot of pleasant impressions

Fantastic beautiful modern villa, sparkling clean and great facilities. Location was beautiful and quiet and the views were fantastic. Plenty of very good local tavernas, but eating at the villa was great, well equipped kitchen and the table on the balcony provided the most fantastic setting to have a meal. Pool and garden were lovely sunshine all day as well as plenty of shade if needed. There were towel galore, for inside and outside use. Truly lovely villa.
