Welcome to this lovely 3 bed, detached Villa with private pool. The villa is just 30 minutes drive from Paphos Airport or 2hrs from Larnaca Airport.

It sits in a lovely, peaceful location, just midway between Paphos & Polis, both just a 20 min drive in opposite directions so literally the best of both worlds! 

The villa sleeps up to 6 persons comfortably, it has open plan kitchen/ lounge living area with comfy sofas, large 50 inch Smart TV, offering a super choice of channels accessed via Netflix, internal dining area for up to 8 persons. There is also a separate snug area just off the lounge with additional sofas, & a 2nd TV... an ideal spot for the kids to watch a DVD having their own private space . FREE WI-FI.

There is a downstairs w/c.

The patio sliding doors opening out on to the clear crystal blue 8x4mtr pool, it has an outside shower & also has outside covered dining area so a great place to chill out around the pool and let the BBQ commence!

The pool area is secluded by high hedging and is nicely manicured, 6 sun loungers are provided and shaded covered area offering respite from the midday sun.

The kitchen is modern & very well equipped with all mod cons, plenty of crockery, glassware, cutlery etc. so a home from home experience, there is also a separate utility room.

The wide stairwell leads up to 3 lovely bedrooms that all benefit from a wraparound balcony, so all 3 bedrooms have access to super pool & mountain views via the upper balcony, a lovely spot for morning tea or chilled wine early evening! 

The Master bedroom has a double bed and ample storage space. A/C & also ceiling fan. The room has an adjoining en-suite shower room.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have twin beds, these can be pushed together, if required, and made us as doubles, both have ample storage space. A/C & a ceiling fans. These 2 bedrooms share a full-size family bathroom with bathtub+ over shower.

Courtesy Travel cot & high chair is in situ should you require them, you may prefer to bring your own cot sheets.

All of the bedrooms have an outside terrace with stunning views of the mountains and plenty of outside space to dine and relax, all 3 bedrooms are located on 1st floor level.

Bath, Pool Towels and bed linen are provided; mid-week laundry change (if required) can be arranged as an optional extra. The villa is air conditioned throughout, there is also central heating in place so great for the winter months.

There are several excellent local restaurants nearby and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Stroumpi is at 500m above sea level and so a little cooler than than coastal properties during the height of summer.
Our villa is on the edge of the village with stunning country walks from your door step.

The villa is one of 6 in a private development on generous plots with their own swimming pools and gardens. There is a well-stocked supermarket just 5 minutes from the villa. 
Stroumpi is half way between Paphos and Polis and so is an ideal location to explore this beautiful island, Latchi is super, boasting its own small mariner, super fresh fish tavernas, lovely beach & water-sports…..a great day out for all the family!

Getting around

Although there are buses to the airport, Paphos and Polis it is advised that guests hire a car for your stay. There is parking for 2 cars at the villa. Tips on great local restaurants and places to visit are found in the Guests information file within the villa. The villa is managed by a reliable English lady & her husband who live close by.
