What can I say!

Villa Saphrini was absolutely perfect!   Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children aged 13,11 and 5) stayed here for a week end of June 22 and couldn't have asked for more. The attention to detail was fab and it really was like a home from home. Situated in such a peaceful location.
Good communication from Yvonne who was always on hand to answer questions or provide advice.  Great base for exploring the island at your leisure but also perfect for chilled days by the pool (not a day went past were we didn't go in for a play with the kids or a relaxing swim). Definitely recommend car hire as walking any distance in that heat will be tricky.
3rd time visiting Cyprus but first time in a villa, definitely not the last!

Just what we needed!
We have been regular visitors to Cyprus and to Secret Valley and for good reason, it never disappoints! Villa Saphrini occupies a peaceful location with a lovely sea view and has a good size pool. We loved starting the day with breakfast on the terrace followed by a gentle swim, before jumping in the car to explore our regular haunts and to discover new ones. We will be back!

Lovely house, garden and pool.
We went to stay for Christmas to be near elderly parents who live in Cyprus. It’s a lovely house, very well maintained and a spotless garden. There is a great sea view also! The beds were comfortable and the house well furnished. The pool is gorgeous and the layout of the patio area would be lovely to sit out in the evening and relax by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t have good weather so could not take advantage of all the amenities like the BBQ or really swim very much. We will come back if the property is available when we want.

Fantastic family-friendly villa
 
We absolutely loved Villa Saphrini and hope to go back one day. The villa is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac on the Venus Rock development overlooking the sea. It is very easy to reach from Phaphos Airport, just a short 12 minute drive, which is great when you arrive with tired children. A car is essential to get around the Island and to go to the nearby shops and villages but you can easily spend an entire week at the villa as it has everything a young family could need. The pool is excellent and very big and the villa itself is spotless. Popular tourist attraction and beach Petra tou Romiou (Aphrodite's Rock) is just 10 minutes away to the east. To the west, the small town of Kouklia, just 5 minutes away, has a number of tavernas although we preferred the restaurants in Mandria, just 10 minutes away by car/taxi.

Mandria's Beach Bar is a little hidden gem on the coast - you have to drive through the main town and down a small unlit farm road to get there and it's not that well sign posted - but once you get there, it's great spot for sun downers whilst the children play. The only criticism of the villa is that the floors (like most villas) become very slippery when they get wet so we just made sure we had lots of towels on hand to dry wet feet.

Fantastic home from home ...
Villa Saphrini is a spotlessly clean villa with everything you would need for a perfect holiday. The pool was large big enough for a good swim and family fun. The location was very private and quiet which leads to a relaxing holiday . Although a car is required kouklia village was a short drive away for essential. Also kouklia village has many restaurants offering entertainment on Thursday night . This was my favourite villa to date in Cyprus. See you next year.

Fantastic Villa
A lovely villa in a quiet secluded area in Secret Valley. Spotlessly clean with a larger than average pool and outside area. We played golf at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. Secret Valley do a great Sunday rate of 55 euros any time with buggy only 20 euros for 2. The villa is ideally situated for golfers as well as families. You will need a car which can be parked on the property driveway. Good welcome pack which was very useful as we had a late flight We have stayed in many villas over the years and know you will not be disappointed with Villa Saphrini. Must recommend Olivio Restaurant in Anarita - had a great fine dining meal here on our last night.

Just Idyllic!  Villa Saphrini 

Within a quiet cul de sac , with an open aspect to the rear and lovely sea views of the bay at the front , the Villa Saphrini has it all ! Although a vehicle is a prerequisite due to its location , all amenities are then close at hand . Superbly appointed , well maintained villa with a great pool & patio areas , not to mention the large barbecue too !

Lots of different options for eating close by , the drive into Paphos being about 20 minutes & a short drive to the airport . The Villa Saphrini and the area will not disappoint and Helen & Rob have a wealth of practical knowledge & experience of the area .

 As we drove up to the villa we were very impressed with what we saw... The garden was very well maintained and the pool was spotless.. With ample sunbeds and outside furniture to laze the days away! Inside the villa was of a very high standard with everything you needed (and some you didn't) for a comfortable home from home experience. The welcome pack was very welcome.... Complete with beer and wine! Thank you... If it's peace and quiet you want then this is the place for you. We had nobody staying in any of the surrounding villas at the time of our stay. The ice cream man soon found us though, and I can highly recommend his '99's'... You definitely need a car to stay here. We had a good look round Pissouri and Paphos and found some lovely places to eat and sunbathe! We also looked up all the old haunts in Mandria... Still our favourite village. All in all it was a fantastic holiday - complete with wall to wall sunshine.

 We have just had a wonderful week in Villa Saphrini - the villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was in a great position and was very private - the pool was wonderful. Rob and Helen who maintain the property kept it immaculate and were very helpful and knowledgeable about places to visit in the area, which was useful as this was our first visit to Cyprus. So much to see and do - a week wasn't enough and we hope to return - although maybe a little earlier in the year as July was very hot.
