Villa Panteli is a lovely 3-bedroom detached villa in Secret Valley which is situated close to the picturesque villages of Mandria, Kouklia, Pissouri etc with the bustling town of Paphos just 15km away. 

Set back from the coast away from life's hustle and bustle, this wonderful location brings the pleasures of peace, tranquillity, fresh air and a drier and more pleasant climate to all who visit. The villa is furnished to the highest standard and its features include: Air conditioning & comfort throughout.

FOC Direct Internet connection is now in place at Villa Panteli.

Equipment includes Cooker, Microwave, Fridge freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Iron and ironing board, toaster plus all the usual utensils you might need.

3 bedrooms, each room is well equipped with ample wardrobe space.

The master bedroom features a covered balcony area with a sea view from upper balcony. En-suite to master bedroom, with toilet and shower.

The Family Bathroom is equipped with a bath & shower.

The villa is air conditioned throughout, this also supplies heating in the winter months.

Unfortunately, we can NOT allow pets in the villa, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Smoking permitted to outside areas only.

The outside area is equipped with a 8m x 4m private pool, featuring patio area around the pool, offering respite from the midday sun!

The coast is around 1.5 kilometres away, with a pebble beach, there are sandy beaches at various intervals along the coastline.

The three main golf courses nearby are:

Secret Valley Golf Course which is only 4 minutes away.
 Aphrodite Hills Golf Club only 8 minutes away.
Minthis Hills Golf Club, approximately 30 minutes away.

Coral Bay is a delightful resort situated about 30km away. The main road is lined with a fine selection of shops, restaurants banks and bars, allowing you to relax in idyllic surroundings. The sandy beach with bars, café's, and its shallow waters, make it ideal for children and adults alike due to the wide range of water sports on offer.

At the top of Mount Olympus skiing can be enjoyed from Jan-Mar every year. A four-wheel drive vehicle is essential to fully enjoy the scenic journey which takes approximately one- and three-quarter hours. The villages on the way to the Troodos can be enjoyed all the year round. They are unspoilt, time passes very slowly and there is no rush to do anything.

The Paphos region
Cyprus is one of Europe’s favourite holiday destinations. With friendly English speaking locals, excellent food and wine and over 5000 years of history not to mention its many fabulous beaches. The climate is good all year round with July-August being the hottest months of the year. Best time to visit for Golf is between March-June and September-December. 
Cyprus has many fine archaeological sites including at least 3 Amphitheatre’s where theatrical performances and concerts take place during the summer. 

Places to Visit include Paphos Castle (during September it is the set for the opera).

Old Paphos
Old Paphos, now the site of Kouklia a five minute drive from Secret Valley, was seated on an eminence, at the distance of about ten stadia from the sea, on which, however, it had a road stead. It was not far distant from the promontory of Zephyrium and the mouth of the little river Bocarus

New Paphos
New Paphos (Nea Paphos), the currently inhabited town, was founded on the sea, near the western end of the island, and possessed a good harbour. It lay about 15 km northwest of the old city and Secret Valley.

Today Paphos, with a population of about 47.300, is a popular sea and a fast developing tourist resort, home to an attractive fishing harbour. It is divided into two major quarters: Ktima, on the sea terrace, is the main residential district, and Kato Pafos, by the sea, is built around the medieval port and contains most of the luxury hotels and the entertainment infrastructure of the city. The harbours of Paphos are not so important: the normal shipping goes via the harbour of Limassol. Just as is the marina of Paphos for fishing and other kinds of interest.

Walking
Walking is a pleasant way to spend time in Cyprus especially in the spring and autumn. 
Coastal walking is very scenic near to the villa and the Troodos has several marked trails encompassing rivers, forestry and ravines. 
The Akamas peninsular also has trails starting from Aphrodite’s Baths west of Latchi and Polis and of course it is interesting merely to wander around the villages.

The Secret Valley Golf Resort is just 4 mins drive from Villa Panteli.
