Villa Maria Elena is a tastefully furnished three-bedroom Villa situated in a great location, close to all local amenities!
This stylish & chic house has such a welcoming frontage with an abundance of lovely, colorful well-tended local plants, it’s a well-loved & cared for villa!
Downstairs is open plan with stylish, comfortable furnishings, a false ceiling with hidden lighting feature offers mood lighting, fireplace & fine décor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, dining area to seat six - living area has large flat screen TV, DVD player. Fly screens throughout.
All rooms are air conditioned; all 3 bedrooms have A/C & ceiling fans in situ for additional comfort!
Master bedroom has a King Size bed with en-suite shower – it has its own vanity unit/dressing station area with ample storage. It also has a lovely long balcony overlooking pool, a great place to chill out .
Bed 2 has a Queen-sized bed, A/C, ample storage in place, hair dryer. Security safe in situ.
The third bedroom has twin beds & shared balcony that connects along with Bedroom 2.
IPTV is now in place offering numerous English channels, this is streamed via the Internet, DVD also in place, along with FREE WI-FI!
Outside is an 8 x 3 private pool with six sun loungers, external dining table and six chairs – charcoal bar-be-que all set in a well thought out area offering more than 1 seating area. We also have a shower be-sides the Pool for bathers to use before swimming and after swimming. Pool towels provided.
The villa is set in a quiet area, but close enough to get to all the action if that’s what your looking for. Just a short 15-20 min walk to Paphos Harbour, 20 min local Municipal Beach, 10 mins Paphos Mall, 15 mins to Tomb of Kings road offering an abundance of local restaurants/ night life!
The Akamas beaches and conservation area are worth a visit. Pathos town with its archaeological and heritage sites, excellent shopping (Debenhams & Marks and Spencer) picturesque harbour is also a must. There are 3 golf courses in and around the Paphos area - Tsada 25 minute drive, Secret Valley and Aphrodite hills both east of Paphos (approx. 40 minute drive).
The nearest airport is Paphos approximately 20-25 minutes from the villa. The wonderful beach of St George's with a spectacular hillside fish restaurant is around a 40 minute drive from the Villa.

Coral Bay blue flag beach with beach bar, beach volleyball, & water sport etc is about a 20-25 min drive.
Golf
Floodlight driving range (15 mins) Tsada Golf club - 18 holes (25 minutes) and Aphrodite Hills - 18 holes (35 mins). New Elea Golf club.
Skiing
Skiing is available at Troodos Mountains about 2 hours drive away. Beautiful scenic route with super villages on the way.
Special interest holidays
Every type of activity is possible with following very close:
Scuba, jet ski, boat hire, horse riding, boat cruises, boat hire, golf, historical sites, tennis club, water parks, parrot bird sanctuary, turtle sanctuary.
Lots to do - we love just driving along the coast stopping and snorkeling off a piece of the coast where we are the only ones present. You can do this even in the height of peak season summer.
Travel
Nearest airport is Paphos international served by most airlines on daily basis. This is approx 20-25 minutes away, Larnaca is about 1.45 hours drive.
Car hire not a necessity for this great location!
