The villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so has no passing road or foot traffic and has no proper-ties overlooking the pool area so is very private and quiet. It has unbroken sunshine from morning to night. Situated on the most beautiful coastline in Cyprus and close to the ancient kingdom of Akamas the villa is fully air conditioned and equipped to a very high standard, ideal for families, couples or friends in a quiet location, yet very close to the night life (two-minute walk).

Recommended places to visit: 
Tweedies Restaurant, A must for a special celebration – you must book! Tweedie’s restaurant occupies an old stone building in the heart of the village of Kissonerga in Paphos. 
Porto Antico Restaurant, Thronioutis Panagias Fabulous food with endless sea views, I personal-y love visiting at night with all the twinkly lights - a must. 

Visit the Shipwreck, and have lunch at Oniro by the Sea, a contemporary bar restaurant, very popular. Personally, I love to visit Yialos Tavern by the Sea, a traditional restaurant offering simple food, reasonably priced with very beautiful sea views.  If you visit on Sunday, please book, gets busy with locals. 
Sea Caves - Sentiero by the Sea again, definitely worth a visit, great food, drinks with stunning views.
 Agios Georgious, again lots of sea caves to discover in shallow water. Cap St George – very beautiful exclusive sea front hotel, worth a visit for lunch or a cocktail on the private beach. Boat Hire –
 Latchi – hire a boat for the day and swim in the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean and Aegean coastlines.

Paphos town centre and harbour area are within 20 minutes drive along the scenic coastal road and within easy reach to the north is the pretty village of Kathikas and the town of Polis and Latchi.

The villa is ideally located for those that wish for a bit of everything from their holiday: relaxation, night-life, golf and sight-seeing.

The Troodos Mountains are a short journey away. In the winter, people are able to ski in the mountains in the mornings, then drive to the beach to sunbathe in the afternoons.

There are excellent golf courses about 30 minutes away, the best known being Aphrodite Hills which has a fabulous championship course. Other golf courses nearby are Secret Valley where the championships are held, and Minthis Hills.

The Akamas Peninsula, reputedly the most beautiful area in Cyprus, is 5 miles away and has the famous turtle-breeding area, Lara Beach. A mile away is a dive centre and excursions take scuba divers to one of the top ten wrecks in the world near Limassol.

There are a huge number of restaurants all around the Paphos area to suit every taste.

Each September, opera is performed at Kato Paphos Harbour a very elegant and cultural event. Legend has it that Aphrodite rose from the sea near Paphos...and there is definitely the 'Aphrodite effect' on the island!

There are some wonderful evangelical churches in Paphos as well as the Greek Orthodox churches.
