This Villa is probably the most well-appointed and desirable holiday rental property in Cyprus. All bedrooms are doubles or twins and feature dressing table, stool, mirror, and bedside cabinets. All have air conditioning, remote controlled ceiling fan with dimmable lighting, fly-screens, hair dryer and a balcony with uninterrupted sea views. Custom built and fully fitted wardrobes with a variety of hanging spaces, drawers and shelves with plentiful coat hangers. The variety of dining options and leisure facilities are second to none, we feel that it has all the benefits and space of a boutique hotel but you have them all for yourselves.

There is a guest book with detailed instructions on how to use all of the state of the art equipment, but do not worry if you have any difficulties as we live close by to give any assistance if required.

Select your personal choice from the comfort of the sofa, dining room chair or sun bed and be listening in seconds. Internet based TV decoders allow you to search for any movie ever made to be instantly streamed to any of the TV's. Large terraces with covered seating areas and ample decking for sunbathing.

The villa has 4 bedrooms each with their own balcony, uninterrupted sea views, A/C, dressing table, fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer. The master bedroom has walk in wardrobes, dressing room and separate WC and shower.

Bedroom 1 with super-king sized double bed, Bedroom 2 with King size double or 2 single beds upon request.
Bedroom 3 with Queen size double bed and Bedroom 4 with twin beds.
All Bedrooms have balconies with sea views, fully fitted custom built in wardrobes with matching dressing tables and bedside cabinets.
The master bedroom has a separate dressing room and walk in wardrobe.

Bathrooms:
En-suite dressing room to bedroom 1 with separate shower and WC. En-suite shower room to bedroom 2 with WC. Communal bathroom for bedrooms 3 & 4 complete with corner bath, shower cubicle and WC. Downstairs shower room with his and hers WC. Separate WC.

There are 3 reception rooms including lounge with comfy sofas, library/study and chill out lounge.

All windows have fly screens & the South facing windows have shutters.

The Entertainment wing of the villa includes a formal dining room with beautiful French Oak dining table and chairs. A granite topped bar in the corner of the room complete with fridge, ice machine and sink. This could be stocked to order prior to arrival at cost price. Quality tableware compliments the dining experience. This room leads to a large games room with an 8' x 4' American slate bed Pool table, Dart board and large flat screen TV. A separate shower room with his and hers WC.

Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Alfresco dining area with a huge circular teak dining table and 8 chairs shaded beneath beautiful bougainvillea plants and sited adjacent to the artificially grassed lawn area beneath the palm trees with uninterrupted views to the sea.

A 10m diameter circular swimming pool with an overflowing Jacuzzi on one side and swim up bar with underwater bar stools on the other complete with infinity edge to the sea. This pool has been tiled with a giant yin and yan motif covering the entire floor of the pool. The light side of the symbol being adjacent to the Jacuzzi and the darker side adjacent to the bar. This completely symbolises what the Villa is all about, a perfect balance. The pool is fitted with remote controlled multi-coloured LED lighting for night-time fun. The pool depth ranges from 1.2m to 1.4m.

The pool bar is equipped with a granite counter top, a beech wood topped workstation, a fridge and sink. A full range of unbreakable polycarbonate glasses to ensure pool safety from broken glass is included.

A lower terrace adjacent to the pool bar and hedged with fragrant Lavender, Rosemary and Pampas grass, shaded with a large sail cloth and complete with an authentic wood fired Italian pizza oven and charcoal fuelled BBQ is ideal for guests who like to cook alfresco.

There is a huge kitchen which has been fully fitted with 3 ovens including a microwave/grill/steamer. Two full height built in Fridge Freezers, one for the food and the other for the wine, beer and ice. Integrated dishwasher and informal dining area.

A grand entrance hall with inlaid marble flooring and feature Marble staircase leading to a galleried landing lounge area overlooking the swimming pool and Mediterranean sea with two chaise longue sofas for your enjoyment.

Harmony is centrally located with equal travelling distances to other places of interest - Kyrenia, Nicosia, Karpaz and Famagusta.

This room is complimented with a very large patio area with views of both the mountains to the south and sea to the north. The spacious lounge leads onto a large terrace. There are comfy sofas and chairs arranged around a cast iron log burner for the winter evenings, a 40" LCD TV with "on demand" internet based movie and sports streaming sits recessed in the niched Art Wall.

In the Study/Library there is a selection of books and board games are available for guests to enjoy. Whatever the mood Whatever the fancy there is a zone for you!

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
There is a weekly linen change for persons staying longer than 7 nights. Complimentary bath towels and poolside towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.
Additional linen changes and mid-stay cleans are available at an additional cost.

Places of interest
The Villa is situated in a quiet peaceful location and a car is essential for getting around. The main towns and places of interest though are all roughly the same distance away.
There are several places of interest to visit such as historical Roman sites and medieval castles and many things to do including golf, walking, fishing, kite surfing and sailing.

Beaches
Most of the beaches on the central northern coastline tend to be rocky but there are a few sandy beaches and secluded coves within 10 minutes of the Villa. There are two pebble beaches within a 5 minute stroll and Sandy beaches of Harmony & Kaplica with Bar and Restaurant facilities are within 10 minutes drive. There are many other local coves and beaches to explore within a short distance along this coastline with excellent swimming and snorkelling.

Golf
An 18 hole championship course can be found within 20 minutes of Villa Harmony at Korineum Golf and Beach Resort www.korineumgolf.com

History
Cyprus is steeped in History having been invaded and conquered many times over the centuries. There are several medieval castles and roman ruins to visit you are spoilt for choice. Kantara Castle once home to Richard the Lionheart can be found on the highest peak in the Bespamak Mountain range just 30 minutes from Villa Harmony. Views from here are breath-taking.

Eating Out
There is a choice of around 10 restaurants within 15 minutes of the Villa offering good value cuisine of both local and international varieties. A drive into Kyrenia of around 45 minutes offers a selection of over 100 restaurants to suit all tastes.

Travelling to North Cyprus

There are 3 airports to choose from when flying to Cyprus.
Ercan Airport is in the North of the Island and is served from the UK by Turkish Airlines www.turkishairlines.com and Pegasus Airlines www.pegasusairlines.com This airport is approximately 45 minutes from the Villa and a pre booked airport transfer for up to 6 people would cost around £50.
Larnaca Airport is in the south of the island and is served from the UK by British Airways www.ba.com and throughout the mid and high season by Easyjet www.easyjet.com Monarch Airlines www.monarchairlines.com and several package holiday companies. www.travelrepublic.com is a source for these. This airport is approximately 75 minutes from the Villa and a pre booked airport transfer for up to 6 people would cost around £70.
Paphos Airport is also in the South of Cyprus with the same providers as above. The airport is approximately 3 hours from the Villa and a pre booked airport transfer for up to 6 people would cost around £150. It is not recommended that this airport is used.
