This is a luxurious 3 double bedroom/3 bathroom villa, nestled in the mountains with imposing sea views and surrounded by its own established gardens. For a secluded and peaceful holiday this Villa is perfect.

The villa is built to a very high specification and furnished with local Cypriot furniture to enhance its Mediterranean charm.

It has been fitted with full air conditioning, TV, DVD, iPod player etc.

A country style kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher, microwave oven, cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, juice extractor – all make it great for entertaining!

The floors are hand laid with local marble and the sunken lounge has its own large marble fireplace with views of the sea and access to one of the many terraces.

The 11 x 5 meter infinity private pool has the most stunning views of the mountains and sea. To relax and sunbathe, hardwood sun beds are provided as well as a large built in BBQ

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has beautiful hand crafted Laura Ashley style fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables in cream. Hand carved cream mirrors and chandelier complement the furniture with a wrought iron king size bed and it has its own en-suite bathroom.

One of the sets of French windows in the bedroom lead onto an enclosed large terrace, as indeed do the doors on the landing too. A perfect setting to relax on one of the three wrought iron sofas with a glass of wine and watch the shooting stars at night.

The two other double bedrooms have hand crafted fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and full length mirrors. The upstairs bedroom has two cream wrought iron single beds with its own en suite and the downstairs bedroom has a double wrought iron bed with access to its own bath, shower, and WC across the hallway.

General Information: An information pack is provided in the villa containing information about the villa and surrounding areas and of many of the adventures we have had as a family in Cyprus over the past 15 years.

All linen and towels (excluding pool towels) provided. Weekly cleaning service is available. Local ‘pay as you go’ mobile phone provided. Hair dryers in each bedroom.

Short drive to the popular Deniziki, Mare Monte, Camelot, and Escape beaches. Sandy beaches very safe for children and water sports, restaurants at beaches.

A car is essential and car hire can be arranged. The car can be delivered to the villa on the day of your arrival. Kyrenia (Girne) the beautiful historic harbour is only a 15 minute drive. Nicosia / Lefkosa is 40 minutes by car (crossing point to Southern Cyprus).

Getting There: You can fly direct into Larnaca in the South and we can arrange a taxi transfer direct to the villa, only taking 1.15 hr, via the new Kyrenia bypass, and look out for the new 10-pin bowling alley on the bypass.

Various airlines fly to Larnaca, or alternatively you can fly into Ercan airport in the north via mainland Turkey (you stay on the plane whilst it refuels for approx. 45 min).

**Please note A/C units are free running therefore we would expect guests to respectful of this pleasure & switch off units when not required, excessive use of electricity will be deemed a chargeable & deducted from your security deposit, meter readings will be taken before & after your stay.

Location:

Located 20 min drive west from Kyrenia (Girne) in the beautiful Besparmak Mountains above Alsancak, and 5 min drive from fantastic beaches, including Escape Beach and more private options. Villa Emina is a high specification property with larger than average infinity pool (11m x 5m) in a third of an acre with beautiful established gardens and integrated BBQ.

The Korineum Golf & Country Club is approx 40 min drive. Bellapais Abbey is approx. 30 min drive. Alagadi turtle beach 30 min drive. Lapta Water Park is 10 min drive. You can balance the fun night-life of Kyrenia or local clubs / restaurants with the peaceful mountains whilst relaxing by the pool at the villa during the day, or whilst exploring the mountains or local attractions.

There are supermarkets at the bottom of the hill and a range of local shops within a 5 min drive in the Alsancak area.
