“Christina and her family do a lovely job of managing this villa. It has a beautiful view and three really decent size bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a table on the patio to eat all your meals. If you have any problems, Christina is available and helpful. She left us some great food as a welcome pack and brought me a cake during the week!  She was a lovely lady. The Taverna in the village is just wonderful and Kostas a lovely host, I ate there twice. There’s also a small supermarket within walking distance, although if you want to sightsee, it does help to have a car. Driving around Cyprus is very easy and everything is very well signed”

Fabulous stay!

We have just arrived back from a fabulous stay at Villa Ellida 1 in Kisseronga. We arrived late and were greeted by a lovely welcome pack from the owner who came to see us the next day armed with a beautiful cake and talked us through all the items in the villa. This was so easy to book through Janes Exclusive Cyprus Properties  and Jane kept us up to speed with arrival details which were amazing. The villa and gardens where set in the village with quite  few cafes restarants and bars nearby.

Perfect place for a getaway*****

This was a much needed holiday, and should have been the stay for my youngest son's wedding. Unfortunately this had to be postponed until 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We were able to travel to Cyprus still so thought we would still come on holiday. The villa is absolutely lovely and there was a very nice welcome pack for us, much needed as we arrived late at night. The pool is great and larger than expected and was cleaned every other day for us. During the week the owners sent over some bananas and pomegranate's for us to eat...which were lovely!!

What really made my day was that on the morning of our departure the owner said that we could stay later than the 11 o'clock deadline and until we had to leave for our flight. It just finished the holiday off so beautifully as we had no stress with trying to fill the time. Just a massive thank you to the owner and her family. I would have booked here again for the wedding next year but unfortunately it has already been booked on the dates i need. See you again though :)

Stunning Views, Excellent size and Pool area amazing!
On arrival it was a hot night as expected and although we had requested air conditioning this had not been set up. We unpacked our cases and made do with the stand alone fans.

The next morning the owner came and visited us at the villa and she was lovely. We got the air con situation sorted and she dropped off some lovely local delights which our kids loved. The villa itself was very clean, spacious and had everything you need for your stay. We did think that the decor was slightly dated and feel that the villa could do with freshening up (ie new sofas, blinds etc). Also we found that the water pressure when showering was quite poor and it would be great if that could be improved.

Away from all the negatives, we had a fantastic stay here. The views from all areas of the villa are simply stunning. From the banana plantations at one side to the sublime sea views and sunsets on the other side its unreal. The swimming pool is a fantastic size and is well maintained by the owner who cleans it every day. My kids loved the pool and had so much fun playing and splashing. Where the villa is situated provides excellent privacy and there is no one looking onto you. We hired a car for the duration of our stay and I would advise this as Kissonerga is a short drive from both Paphos and Coral Bay.

We did however find a couple of gems of restaurants nearby (Harmony, Manzanillo) and I would highly recommend. Overall my family had a fantastic holiday and we would return to Ellada 1.

Villa Ellada 1

Stayed at the Villa 19/02/2019 to 20/03/2019, Everything was as expected the place itself is immaculate and the position could not be better. Easy drive to wherever and a nice walk into the village or down to the sea front. The service from the owners is second to none and the cleanliness top class, the little home produce goodies they gave us the icing on the cake. I would recommend this Villa to anyone without fear of contradiction so much I have re-booked for 2020.

Jane, thank you for making the time in Cyprus at our sons’ wedding so memorable for all seven members of the McClay family who stayed at Ellada 1. 
From the moment we arrived at your villa, my family, aged from 5 years old to 80 years old had a fantastic time. As we arrived late at night, the welcome pack was very helpful allowing us to get the children settled in without worrying about food/drink.
We found that the villa was perfect in every way with all the necessary facilities provided and the children had a great time in the swimming pool. The villa has excellent views and we were able to watch the sun set from the balcony upstairs. The pool was cleaned daily, and owner was always available to provide guidance and advice on the bar-b-cue, TV and other things. The water cooler was particularly welcome during the hotter days.
Whilst we did have a hire car, the bus service between Coral Bay and Paphos was reliable and fairly cheap, and was useful for shopping and socializing with friends staying near-by.
We all had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future.

A wonderful stay
Having stayed in the villa next door for the last 2 years this year we chose villa ellada 1. once again a spotless villa welcomed us in with a food basket including 2 bottles of wine, ham bread and cheese as a weloming pack.the villa itself overlooks the sea at the front and banana plantations at the back. it is very secluded making your stay a comfortable and quiet one. with a well maintained pool and large gardens, expect to spend a lot of time outdoors.The villa itself is located up a hill and a car is recommended should you wish to explore the island but there is a bus that goes from the bottom every 15 mins at will cost about 1 euro wherever you need to travel.Take a short walk into the village of Kissonerga and you will find a couple of small supermarkets, pharmacy and some local bars and tavernas.

The villa itself is well equipped with everything you need and more and the views of the sunsets are spectacular. The owner pops in a couple of times to drop off biscuits and fruit and to make sure everything is ok and cleans the pool every other day. the villa gets thoroughly cleaned every week ( whilst your there or not) and the cleaners take about 4-5 hours so you might want to have a day trip on that day! Like i said we have been to these villas for the last 3 years and would not hesitate to book again next year.

This is our second visit to this villa and we are definitely planning to return. Villa is beautiful and perfectly located. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance. Main bus route is extremely close and convenient. The villa was perfect for our family. The owner is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond what is required bringing lovely cakes and biscuits and making sure all is well. We have always found the owner to be very helpful. We have had fabulous holidays here and highly recommend it. We look forward to returning

We stayed in this villa for a week with family so there was 7 of us in total. The villa was spacious and clean and had everything you could need. We were very pleased with the villa and the pool was great which was cleaned very regularly. The kids were in it all the time. The villa is located between paphos and coral bay with busses running very often (roughly every 5-10 mins). The bus stop is just at the end of the road. Nearby you have everything you could possibly need shops, restaurants, beach etc. We ate mainly at Julie's bar which is highly recommended. Thankyou for allowing us to rent the villa it was just what we were looking for.

Clean well maintained villa
The villa is fantastic, it is clean, well maintained, all equipment in good condition, plenty of everything. Pool was well looked after during our stay, as was the gardens surrounding the pool. The owner and her husband can't do enough for you
We had a fantastic holiday, very relaxing and peaceful. We didn't hire a car, we found public transport fantastic and cheap. Would defo go again.

This really is a beautiful villa in a lovely location! The views out to see are fantastic and the swimming pool and inflatable toys kept our children occupied for hours. The accommodation was superb and the owner really was extremely helpful and attentive to detail and very friendly. This really is a super property and we will definitely be returning!

Wonderful xmas break

The owner is a wonderfully generous and kind lady.. welcome pack included 2 bottles of delicious Cypriot wine...cheese...jam...bread....juice and fresh bananas from their plantation.
We even got lost in our car on the first day and Jane even drove to find us to lead us back home (embarrassing but thank you!!)

Villa Ellada

Had a lovely stay at this villa, there were 3 couples and we had more than enough room. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and clean and all had en-suite. The villa was very well equipped compared to other villas we have stayed at. On arrival there was a lovely welcome pack of meats, cheese, fruit, milk, jam and during the week the manager popped in with biscuits and cakes. Bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance and it is a short bus ride (very regular service) to both Coral Bay and Paphos resorts. All in all a great villa, great value and I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ellada. The villa was spacious, very clean and very well situated for restaurants, supermarket and all other amenities. The pool was clean and maintained to a very high standard. The owner looked after us really well and even brought us biscuits during our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated. A great villa, a great holiday and we would recommend it to anyone.

"Excellent Villa"
The villa was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was very well equipped (we eat in most nights) The cleanliness was excellent as was the mid week clean, The welcome pack was big enough to last us until we did a shop and was very well chosen. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, and bought us little gifts of biscuits ,fruit, cakes etc. Even when a light bulb needed replacing they were round immediately to do it. They also helped us with directions to various places. We have never been so well looked after in a villa. The pool and grounds were kept spotlessly clean. It was near enough to Coral Bay and Paphos to enjoy the beach and harbour yet had the feel of being in the countryside with a banana grove at the back of the villa and walnut trees. Only 3 adults went but this would be a lovely villa for a family. It was a wonderful holiday and Cyprus is really beautiful. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.
Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children and people with disabilities
