Change over days are flexible.

Master bedroom with double bed & en-suite bathroom, large balcony with super sea & pool views.
2 x twin bedrooms with en-suite & balconies with sea & pool views. All rooms with a/c units.

Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom to all bedrooms.
Downstairs w/c.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped Kitchen with everything, including; dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, washing machine, iron, ironing board, electric kettle, coffee machine and a table with six chairs, water cooler.

Utility Room:
Children’s high chair, cot & car seat available for use at no extra charge in either villas.

Living Rooms:
Spacious lounge/dining room with TV, Android TV is now in place offering many available channels, accessed via internet!  Also a selection of books & games  for your entertainment.
Comfy sofas reaching out to patio doors leading out onto terrace.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Laundry/ towels changed before & after your stay, mid week laundry change & clean on 2 week bookings.

A free welcome pack is provided which includes 2 bottles of wine (red and white), butter, marmalade, juice, water, coffee, tea, milk, bread, ham, cheese, eggs and fruit.
We can also arrange for an extra bed for a 7th person.

Attractive 8x4 mtr swimming pools at both villas, both surrounded by well tended gardens well equipped BBQ & and patio areas.
There are sun beds, umbrellas and gardens furniture and outdoor shower.
Super walnut trees can be found in private orchard & a fantastic banana plantation directly outside villas belonging to owners!
Super mountains views are all around to rear of property.
Private parking area at the side.

Coast/Beach
The beach is just 500 m away and 400m away in a bus stop so a car is not essential but recommended if you would like to explore many places of the island.

Golf
There are 3 main Golf Courses easily accessible by Car from Coral Bay. The new Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf club.

Skiing
Skiing can be enjoyed from Jan-Mar every year at Troodos mountains and specifically Mount Olympus. A car with 4 wheel drive is essential to fully enjoy the journey which takes approx 1 and three quarter hours. The villages on the way to the Troodos can be enjoyed all the year round.
