Perfect Villa *****
Visited June with friends for 1 week. Villa is amazing and location perfect. Close to local village and Golf Course. Easy booking and great communication from host. Highly recommend. Will be booking again for next year!

This was our first holiday abroad for 3 years and we were looking for a stress free holiday, Jane provided this. Jane was very efficient and quick to respond to any questions, with clear communication from the initial booking to the speedy refund of our deposit.
Villa Eleania exceeded our expectations. Located in a quiet area of Aphrodite Hills with a lovely view of the 10th hole across the lake. The modern villa was perfect for the seven of us , with an amazing outside space and beautiful pool . The villa is only a 15 minute gentle stroll to the village square, with restaurants, spa and sporting facilities. During our stay we made use of of all the facilities and received excellent service. Aphrodite Hills is an ideal base for exploring Cyprus. I would not hesitate in booking this villa again through Jane.

This is our second family visit to this well appointed villa with beautiful views over the lake to the 10th hole on the golf course. The glorious weather was perfect for enjoying the exceptional outdoor space. We loved the covered dining area which provided welcome shade and the table tennis table was a great addition. We particularly enjoyed the 15-20 min stroll down to the village square in the evening where there are shops, restaurants and a sports bar as well as a play area for children.
The booking was dealt with very efficiently by Jane and she responded quickly to any queries we had. She also sent very helpful advice on places to visit, restaurants, taxi service etc.
We hope we will be back before too long!

AMAZING STAY!
Thank you for yet another amazing stay at another fabulous villa in Aphrodite hills. This is our second visit to Cyprus having booked 7 villas previously for my 50th, all then amazing which was why there was no second thought to booking again .
Eleania villa was beautifully appointed, had a great garden and swimming pool, I would highly recommend any of Jane’s villas, all of a very high standard and Jane is incredibly efficient with communication and when needing any help at the villas this was second to none, only call out we made was when the bbq run out of gas and this was replaced in less than an hour exceptional service. A fantastic holiday was had by all and I am sure we will be back again soon!

VILLA ELEANIA
Dear Jane, I just want to write an honest review on our family visit to villa Eleania .
The villa is in a wonderful location a short walk from Aphrodite Hills resort which we availed of mainly for the social and sporting activities. When we arrived at the Villa everything was made easy and as soon as we opened the door, we knew that we had chosen well. The layout is very well thought out with particularly the outdoor area offering shade, great pool and all facilities for outdoor dining. The inside is superb as well with great size bedrooms and great kitchen. The only criticisms I would have would be the cleaning which let it down slightly.
Jane is wonderful and always got back to us promptly, we will definitely visit again!

WONDERFUL VILLA!
We had such a wonderful time at the villa. It's absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and has everything you need to have a fabulous holiday. The photos don't show it but all three bathrooms have been fully renovated recently and are really lovely.
Our kids had the most wonderful time in and out of the pool which is a really good size and was the perfect temperature.
The Aphrodite Hills area is so beautiful and extremely tranquil but not too far away from lots of other things going on.
The management of the property is exceptional and if there are any small issues (like one of the air conditioning units started leaking or i couldn't open the washing machine...which was totally my fault) Nicos the manager was round in 10 minutes every time and sorted it straight away. Jane was also very efficient and got back to us straight away with any of our queries and was very flexible. Considering we booked very last minute the whole experience was very hassle free.
I would strongly recommend the Villa and look forward to going back again very soon!

Fab family holiday at Villa Eleania
Just returned after a lovely 10 days at Villa Eleania. Plenty of space, well furnished and a fab pool to while away the hours in. We loved the covered outside dining area and BBQ which allowed us to make the most of outdoor living, even in the hottest part of the day. We really enjoyed visiting the Tombs of Kings and the Archaeological Park at Paphos, and of course dinner at Gabriel's in nearby Kouklia. A lovely relaxing family holiday - can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Villa Eleaina for two perfect weeks in July. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It’s light, airy and extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the welcome pack. The views of the golf course are gorgeous! We loved the large pool and the variety of seating areas to enjoy some shade. Nicos was on hand if needed but we had a very trouble free and stress less holiday. An amazing villa in a beautiful setting with all amenities in walking distance. What more could you want?

This is our third stay here and we had a lovely time again. The villa is spacious and modern and the heated pool surrounded by the large gardens was a hit with the kids. The brilliant Nicos was quick to deal with any issues. If only he could arrange for the thunder storms to arrive during a different week! Go ahead and book, it really is as good as it looks.
The Lovely Villa Eleania!!
This is our second stay at the lovely Villa Eleania, and we hope to return next year too! The recent improvements to the property made an already beautiful villa an even nicer environment, in which to relax and holiday. The pool is perfect and our children spent most of the week in it. We advise heating it if you plan to stay in the autumn and winter months. There's lots of space around the villa for the children to play in and find shade.
There is plenty to do nearby if you wish – golf, spa, restaurants, trips out etc. We managed to walk to the ‘village’ (amenities) in around 10/15 minutes but a car is essential if you want to do any more than that.
The restaurants are very child friendly and we ate out on a couple of occasions. To be honest though, the villa is so lovely we just chilled out there all week.
We would highly recommend a stay here. It is well equipped, beautifully presented and maintained and perfectly situated.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa. The villa was beautifully laid out, with a magnificent outdoor area. There is plenty of room for children to play while adults relax in the shade of the lapa or by the side of the heated pool. Inside is equally spacious and very well equipped. All in all everything one could need for a wonderful holiday! The villa is close to all the amenities that Aphrodite Hills offers. We will definitely return here!

Villa Eleaina - A beautiful villa!
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. The property was very clean and maintained to a very high standard.
The swimming pool was very warm and we really enjoyed sitting outside looking at the golf course which was at the back of the villa.
The location could not have been better, just a short walk to a lovely spar. There are many other facilities by the spar including great places to eat out.
I would recommend this villa to anyone - simply stunning in a great location.

The property is located in an excellent position with views of the golf course which lies adjacent to it. There is a lovely spar as well as restaurants and a supermarket that are located just a 10 minute walk away.
The property itself is lovely with a large swimming pool that was very warm in December! Everything was as described.
The property was very clean and well maintained - all we needed for a very enjoyable stay.
It was great having the golf course next door - we used the driving range to brush up on our technique.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury house in a great location.

SUPER 4 BED VILLA WITH FAB POOL IN APHRODITE HILLS
Luxury and privacy
A beautiful villa with great views over the golf course, large secluded garden with a huge pool maintained twice weekly. The villa inside very large and very well looked after with virtually everything provided.
On arrival we were greeted with the largest and most varied welcome pack ever which was well received for an evening arrival. The whole booking procedure was handled extremely efficiently by Jane in a real friendly manner, although we never met, I felt as if we knew her.
The manager Nicos although unobtrusive was very helpful and always on hand.
The whole resort is very well maintained and attractively set out.

There was 8 of us that stayed at Villa Eleaina from 17th - 31st August 2016. There were four children aged 7-10. The villa itself was spacious and the pool itself was larger than we expected - everyone was happy! It is ideal for families as the children can dip in and out of the pool or play inside - it was definitely relaxing as you didn't have to worry about them disappearing from view at any time.
Both families hired a car and we were close enough to plenty of places we wanted to visit. The location of the Villa is perfect to relax or travel around. There was several onsite restaurants on the complex with an enclosed play park to amuse the children whilst we waited for our food. All in all I think we would have been happy if we all had to stay and live at the villa forever!!
Would definitely book to stay at this villa again :-)

I can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Eleaina , It really is a fantastic villa situated in a wonderful location close to all the sporting facilities as well as the on site restaurants and supermarket . However it's location also affords a lovely view and a very peaceful and relaxing surroundings. The villa is finished to a high quality internally as well as externally and the pool is a very good size . We hope to return to Cyprus and would look no further than this 5 star Villa.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

Having never visited Paphos before, we weren’t sure exactly what to expect from the area and so we opted for a 5* resort. This villa was exactly what we were hoping for with its brilliant facilities and excellent location. It was only a 15 minute drive from the airport, so very easy to get to, and once we were there, everything we needed (Beach, Shops, Restaurants, Golf Course, Spa) was a max of 5 mins away.
On some days my husband and I didn’t leave the villa, and instead relaxed around the pool and garden, we would definitely recommend a trip into Paphos town to experience the shops and beaches.

We visited Paphos this April and stayed at Villa Eleaina – and we will definitely be back! The resort was a great spot for our whole family. Our kids loved the heated pool/BBQ area at the villa and there were plenty of other activities nearby to keep them entertained – the water sports, Pissouri beach was a favourite!
