The Villa is new & stunning, spacious and well-equipped property designed by one of Cyprus’ leading Architects. Built on a 3,000M2 plot, with over 650M2 of living area – there is plenty of space for up to 10 people. The Villa is orientated to the South West, enjoying the sun most of the day with breath-taking views.  It is most therapeutic, to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the ravine out towards the sea where you will never tire of the serenity. 

The garden features many Olive, Carob and fruit trees coupled with local flowers and shrubs. To the rear of the Villa, which is south facing, there is a large 40M2 barbecue area, heated salt water pool 13 x 5M with infinity edge and built-in stools overlooking the wonderful views. This is complimented by an independent hot tub, taking advantage of the South Westerly aspect. On the 140M2 patio area, there are comfortable sun loungers with side tables together with a dining and luxurious lounge area for relaxation.  On the rooftop of the Villa, we have an observation area with 360-degree views of the resort and out to sea. In this area you will find a bar, fridge and lounge area ideal for private sunbathing or that Sun downer before dinner! 

There are over sixty external doors and windows to let in the beautiful Cyprus sunshine by day and by night to admire the pools and gardens softly lit. The Villa's interior is beautifully decorated and fully furnished to a very high standard.  A Lutron electronic control system is used to create several Mood Lighting Zones both internally and externally for the perfect atmosphere for any occasion. Central air conditioning and underfloor heating operates throughout. All 6 bedrooms which are en-suite, are fitted to the highest standards including satellite television, hairdryer and a room safe.  Hi speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa including all pool and patio areas. 

For recreation and well being, the Villa has a dedicated area on the lower level where a Bar, large Pool Table, Cinema System, Swedish Steam Room, Gym, Massage Room and a Yoga area (where guests are provided with a Free 2-hour Body & Beauty Treatments with all new bookings, with additional treatments provided at discounted rates) along with a full-size outdoor table tennis table.

Gym:
Lovely area with nice setting and well-equipped, including Cycle Smart Trainer together with mats and weights and a wide range of training aids. Spectacular views leading out onto an external patio which can also be used for stretching and Yoga .  

Outdoor area:
The huge veranda area comprises of 13 x 5 M salt water heated pool with submerged bar stools, sunken Hot Tub, large barbeque with bar area, numerous sitting and sunbathing areas all on the same level as the pool.

A completely private Roof Garden veranda for sunbathing enjoying 360 degrees of spectacular views and very nice sunsets. Includes bar area with fridge and washing facilities - a great place to get away for some private time!

Fully landscaped garden both at the front and rear of the Villa. Large outside grass and patio areas enjoying spectacular views together with a purpose-built Yoga area superbly located to get the rising sun from the East and sun setting from the West!

Utility room:
Includes washing machine tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

Linen/Maid service:
Cleaning and change of laundry weekly for parties staying 2 or more weeks, laundry change after 1st week. Daily maid service can be provided at an extra cost.

Communications:
High Speed Wi-Fi throughout the property internally and around the pool area for all portable devices.

Parking
A pergola covered with 3 spaces. And a further 2 uncovered spaces.

Access time is 4.30pm earliest, departure time on change-over days is strictly 10am, your co-operation is greatly appreciated.

*Please note there’s free unlimited use of the Aphrodite Hills Kids Club (ages 3-12 years only) for families, valid for duration of your stay. Baby crèche is excluded.

* You are covered with a generous allowance of 1,500 free kWh units per week, electricity consumption during your stay, any extra usage above this amount during your stay is charged at £0.30p per kWh unit which is deductible from security deposits. 

*Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa.
