This was our second holiday at the villa. Villa Cherry is a perfect family villa with everything you need for your stay. The sunset through the Cyprus trees that overlook the pool in the evening is a beautiful view. It is a great base to travel to lots of local attractions such as Aphrodite’s Rock and the tavernas in the many local villages. It is also very close to Paphos by car.
In all the years we have been staying in Cyprus we never fail to have an excellent villa through Jane. Booking through Jane is always smooth and prompt which is very important when planning a holiday.
We look forward to our next holiday in Cyprus.

We loved Villa Cherry!
It took us a long time to find a property we liked for our holiday in Cyprus but as soon as we came across Villa Cherry we knew it was the one. The booking process was very easy and Jane was excellent. We couldn’t wait to arrive. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive at Villa Cherry until 22:30 but everything was perfect. Entry was easy and the property was clean and welcoming. The extras left for us was most welcome. The children were in the pool immediately, and this is where they spent the majority of their time when at the villa.
The pool temperature was perfect and the pool was clean and inviting. Over the next 10 days we explored a lot of the island and Villa Cherry was the perfect location. Close to the motorway but it also had local amenities and a supermarket a short drive away. As you spend the majority of your time outside you need lovely facilities and again Villa Cherry didn’t disappoint. A table with 6 chairs under cover but also 6 sun loungers by the pool for a bit of sun worshipping. There is also an outside shower to rinse before and after using the pool. And to top it all off there is a gas BBQ for alfresco dinning. We used the BBQ a lot, in fact we didn’t cook a meal indoors, either eating out, which can be very good value for money, or having a BBQ.
The villa is in a lovely residential area, very quiet, so bear in mind that a car is essential as there are no amenities within walking distance. Our one and only very minor niggle was the internet. It is not very fast and if two other people are using it then the picture on the TV is very intermittent. This was not a big issue as we spent very little time indoors but made trying to catch up on the Olympics a bit hit and miss. We were sorry to close the door on our last day. We had a great time in Cyprus and were so glad we chose Villa Cherry as our base for the holiday!

Have been staying at Venus Rock for the past 10 years and have used Jane for the past 3 staying in 3 different Villas due to availability . All of the Villas are outstanding and booking with Jane is an absolute pleasure , she responds quickly , everything is clear and informative and nothing is too much trouble We have previously used other booking sites and none have been a patch on Jane. And having only just returned from Cyprus we are already re booking and I wouldn’t use anyone else now , I can’t recommend her enough .
Villa Cherry is lovely it’s in a very quiet location and we had such a relaxing holiday. It’s was extremely hot for June and the pool was well used it was like getting into a warm bath.Each room has ceiling fans plus air con which are brilliant and much healthier to use . It’s a lovely Villa and would 100% return and recommend it .

LOVELY VILLA!
We have been to Villa Cherry for the last 2 years. This is a lovely villa very quiet and has all the facilities that we love. You do need a car but there are bus stops on the estate. We are booking again for next year.

Fabulous villa holiday *****
Just home from a super holiday at Villa Cherry! Lovely well equipped villa with a fabulous pool which gets sun all day. As usual we booked with Jane’s Exclusive Cyprus properties and brilliant service as always. Prompt reply to emails and for booking and all villa details supplied. Easy to find and welcome pack was appreciated as we arrived late at night. Secret Valley is a lovely quiet spot just what we like and we have had several villas here through Jane and been happy with all of them......already planning for next year!

Villa Cherry
Booking for Villa Cherry was straightforward and efficient, and we enjoyed a very peaceful and very relaxing stay there. You do need a car but don’t have to go far to experience authentic Cypriot cuisine in the neighbouring villages. The villa is really well equipped and Helen, the local contact, is very helpful. This is the villa to come to if you want to recharge your batteries.

Villa Cherry.
We stayed at Villa Cherry for 12 nights (5 adults). This is the 2nd Villa we’ve rented through Jane in this area and both have been amazing. Villa Cherry is in a lovely spot high up on Secret Valley, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we could wish for, a well-stocked kitchen & views out to sea from the main bedroom balcony. The garden and pool area are well maintained with a clean BBQ which we used a few times. It’s only a 15 minute drive along the coast road from the airport & 10 minute drive to local villages with great restaurants (Mandria was our favourite). It had everything we could wish for and we were left a welcome pack by Helen the villa manager which was greatly received after a long delay and arriving very late in the evening. Helen was on hand when we needed her for a small issue and she kept the pool clean.
The booking service I had from Jane @ Jane's Cyprus Properties was friendly & efficient. Emails replied to promptly, clear easy directions to the villa which we found at night and without a SAT NAV !! We had a brilliant time and would definitely book the villa again. thanks again!

Villa Cherry is stunning and perfectly maintained, as always this villa is simply home for use now as it is our 4th stay there now. Never no issues at all, beautiful landscaping front and back just the best villa for me and my wife have stayed in for a very reasonable price….. always look forward to returning to villa cherry, a beautiful place!

Villa Cherry was a delight from start to finish! The booking process was very easy and efficient, the villa was well equipped and of a high standard of cleanliness and Helen, our contact at Venus Rock, was both very helpful and friendly. The villa is in a beautiful and very peaceful setting with lovely views and has a very attractive garden. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge and bedrooms were very spacious. This is not a villa for people who want to be in the thick of tourist activity, but is perfect for relaxed holidays barbecuing and sitting around the pool.

High Standard as Usual!
We have stayed in 3 different villas through Jane and all have been of a high standard. They can always be relied on. Quick to respond and excellent support from Helen. The villa was as advertised and clean. One tiny criticism the bed was too hard! I think it needs a new mattress. I would definitely stay again. I just wish Jane had properties around Protarus for when we stay on the other side of the island!

Perfect stay!
We have stayed at secret valley for a few years now and this was the nicest Villa we have chosen. We were left a welcome pack by Helen the villa manager which was much appreciated. The villa was spotless, the pool was cleaned regularly and again spotless. We had all the items needed for cooking etc. if needed. The rooms all contained ceiling fans and AC which, given the extreme heatwave we encountered were perfect for cooling down.
The bedrooms all had balconies, perfect for sitting out with a morning coffee. I can honestly say I have never had such a restful and pain free sleep as I did in the master bedroom. The views of the setting sun every evening were unobstructed and a perfect end to the day. Thanks to Jane for the smooth booking process as always and a big thank you to Helen. I always love our coffee and catch ups together. She’s such a hard working lady especially in the heat, but she’s a wonderful person and friend.

Beautiful Villa and Quiet Location!
Excellent stay at Villa Cherry. Quiet location and villa had everything we needed. Helen was extremely helpful and kept the pool spotless. Plenty of shade to use if needed ( which my husband did).
Jane was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of the booking. She also kept in contact with us the week running up to our visit due to Covid restrictions etc. and helped with websites to ensure we had all documents needed. Would recommend using this company again and have already recommended to several friends.

Perfect Family Stay at Villa Cherry*****
We are a family of four and have stayed in the Secret Valley/Venus Rock area near Aphrodite Hills/Kouklia over numerous occasions before and must say Villa Cherry was the best so far. Everything you need from a perfect sized pool, lovely gardens, all day sun with a nice breeze, big rooms, sky tv, and a wonderful host in Helen. She was fantastic and so full of life!!
There was plenty to do on the island, like visiting beautiful traditional villages where the food is fresh and delicious to historic sites and the water-parks in Pathos/Limassol to satisfy our family needs. A home from home and a very relaxing environment from the moment we arrived until we departed.
You will need a car to get out and about, so we would suggest a small crossover or 4x4 to travel in comfort. We booked a mid-stay clean and Debbie was really nice and interested in how our stay was going.
We would highly recommend this villa and we would like to reserve a special mention for Jane, from Jane's Villas. The service she provided leading up to this holiday was first class (Even leaving us a bottle of bubbly for our arrival) and she had only our best interests at heart during this difficult time when we were unsure if we would actually have a holiday.

Fantastic Villa Exactly Like Photos!
From the time we booked this Villa until the time our holiday was over it was extremely easy. The communication between the letting agency & myself before we went on holiday kept me up to date with the payments & made it clear that if I wanted to know anything at all then it would be no trouble to help. It was late when we arrived at the villa & all the shops were closed so it was a nice touch that we had a basic welcome pack with all the things needed at least until the shops opened the next day. Bread,milk,sugar etc.. & even some cold beers which my husband enjoyed after our long day. Helen the property manager came round the next day to introduce herself & make sure everything was ok & if we had any questions. She was lovely & very easy to talk to .
The Villa itself was stunning & extremely well kept with every appliance needed for an easy stay. Also a safe for our valuables which was great. The decor was excellent & we weren't disappointed at all. The pool area was lovely & easy to get in & out of via the steps I would recommend renting a car as its slightly out of the way but is worth it for what you get. There were ceiling fans in all the rooms & also air conditioning which was on a timer system but was more than satisfactory to cool down as the weather was gorgeous & really hot. We would definitely stay here again & also recommend it to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday.

The booking from start to finish was easy and very straight forward. Jane was always quick to respond. The villa itself was absolutely lovely . Could not fault it at all . It was clean , tidy with a brilliant welcome pack . The pool was cleaned regularly and the views were fantastic. We go to Cyprus every year and would certainly use Jane's Villas in the future .

We have just returned from a lovely week in villa cherry. From booking the villa to directions and confirmation Jane was excellent.
The villa itself is absolutely lovely! The area is quiet and very peaceful, so a car is needed as it is out the way. There are ceiling fans in all rooms plus air con units. All window have screens so they can be left open without bugs flying in!
The beds are very comfortable and towels were left.
A welcome pack was left which consisted of milk, water, butter, jam, bread, eggs, orange juice, white wine and beer. The pool area is so nice and even without pool heating the water was lovely and warm.
If you like golf give the golf course a try as my husband said it was very good and the clubhouse is nice too :-) Helen was very friendly and welcoming so thank you for that.
All in all I would book this villa again or even another villa from Jane.
We look forward to coming back to Cyprus xx

Currently enjoying a lovely week in Villa Cherry. Such a great villa with everything you could possibly need. Lovely welcome pack waiting for us on arrival was greatly appreciated after a late night flight in. The pool area is lovely and was cleaned twice during our 1 week stay. Will definitely look to return soon!
The location of the villa is great, only 15 mins from the airport and 20/25 mins from Paphos and local supermarkets. Having a car is a must as walking would be a bit of a stretch; even for a seasoned walker.
The area is lovely and quiet and great at night for stargazing, with a great sized driveway.
The pool is fantastic and was well maintained and kept clean throughout our trip. My daughter loved it!! The sun beds are lovely and comfy with a nice outside dining table and chairs, which is ideal for a BBQ and al fresco dining. The BBQ was easy to use and was well used :) The only downside was the BBQ is towards the side of the villa and could have an outside light... but no biggy, just used my phone.
The inside of the villa was excellent with cable/satellite tv, the kitchen had all the appliances you need on a holiday (bottle opener and freezer for ice). The rooms were lovely and had a great view of coast and amazing sunsets.
Will certainly be back or will look at the other villas Janes Cyprus Properties have on offer!!

Lovely villa based just 20 minutes from Paphos and 30 minutes from Lemesos. Outdoor space is stunning. Quiet location. Car is essential. Driveway is a little steep for a car getting in and out so 4x4 best if you can, if not just drive really slow!
Plenty of beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourite was Lady Mile beach in Lemesos. If you have children they will love it there as there is an inflatable obstacle course in the sea - only 3 euros for the day. Sun loungers 2.5 euros each plus lovely cafe for lunch. Fassouri Water-Park by Lemesos another great day out. Not a large park but no queues made sure the day was fun.
A trip to the stunning Blue Lagoon is a must. Plenty of nice restaurants scattered around. Most cater for children - if something isn’t on the menu they are quite happy to sort something suitable out.
Jane is an excellent Booking Agent! Quick to respond from first inquiry right through to your return home. Couldn’t ask for a better service!

Lovely, Relaxing 3 Bed Detached Villa With Private Pool
Another fantastic week at Cherry Villa, this place really is home from home, spacious, airy and clean, great sized pool with an outside dining area and a very nice quiet location.
The strong Wi-Fi was essential for us and the drinking water tap was a nice touch.
Dean took care of everything including a hire car that was waiting for us at the airport. Can't thank him enough and will definitely be returning next year.
I would highly recommend Cherry Villa.

What do you want when you book a villa abroad, for us it's home from home, good facilities, lots of sunshine with a lovely pool and this is exactly what we got with Villa Cherry. The villa was immaculately clean with a good standard of furnishings throughout, light and airy with ceiling fans plus air con in every room. A plus for us was the fly screens which allowed you to open the windows and doors without unwanted visitors! The kitchen was very well equipped with a very good standard of appliances all meeting the description on the website. The pool and gardens were very well maintained and Helen, property manager, is contactable should you have any problems. We were even able to keep track of the news and events back home due to the TV and Wi-Fi. We expect a high standard when on holiday and we were not disappointed, from the minute we booked the administration was seamless and very professional. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and will definitely be back.

What an amazing stay we all had at Villa Cherry! Such a lovely quiet and chilled location with everything a family needs to relax and enjoy the best that Cyprus has to offer. We were desperate for a holiday and boy did Villa Cherry deliver. Lazy days by the pool, visits to local beaches and villages and at night not so much as a squeak to interrupt our well deserved sleep. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Cherry Villa.
The villa is immaculate with all the facilities one would need for the perfect relaxing stay.
It is a great base from which to explore the island with a number of great places within a reasonable walk or short drive away
We would suggest a car is hired but the cost is not prohibitive - in fact car hire is very cheap here.
As a travellers who likes to visit different places to holiday, we usually do not visit the same place again. I think this is one place that may prove an exception to this rule

Me and my partner had a wonderful week stay in Cherry Villa early on in the season. The villa is situated with views out to sea and with fantastic views of the sun set in the evening.
A very relaxing villa with ample room to relax in. It is situated not to far away from the beach and a short drive into Paphos. There are some lovely restaurants not to far away in Pissouri village which serve fresh fish and meat dishes and typical homemade Cypriot dishes.
The private pool and garden allow for a very relaxing area to sunbathe and enjoy some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Paphos town.
This is a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing trip away either with the family or as a couple.
Cant recommend enough and will be returning again soon!
