Villa Arcadia has 4 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a superbly stylish king size bed, with en-suite shower room with full size bath tub & separate shower. Patio doors leading onto terrace area to allow you to absorb the fabulous views or simply to watch the sunset go down!

Due to internal & external stairs this villa is not suitable for children under 5yrs & people with limited mobility.

2^nd guest bedroom also has a Double size bed & patio doors leading out onto the terrace. The 3^rd bedroom has super twin beds & faces to the front of the property & has private terrace.

The 4^th bedroom is on ground level so ideal for people with limited mobility or children and has double; bed with separate shower cubicle.

3 bathrooms in total, a Super en-suite bathroom in Master Bedroom with bathtub & separate shower cubicle.

Large fully tiled family bathroom with bathtub and shower. Separate downstairs shower cubicle & w/c.

Fully fitted designer kitchen with all white goods, d/w, w/m, cooker, glass wear, toaster, cutlery, water chiller, steam iron, first aid kit/fire extinguisher crockery, pans etc.

Kitchen looks out onto dining area that has seating for 10 guests overlooking the external terrace.

The house has super terraces and  garden with stunning views.

Paphos beaches are approximately 15 minutes drive and Coral Beach approx. 10-15 minutes drive. The spectacular sandy beach at Lara Bay famous for it's turtle nesting is 30 minutes drive. Latchi beach is a great day out and a superb selection of local fish tavernas to feast upon.

Kallepia Village is approx. 20 mins from Paphos International Airport. 90 mins from Larnaka Airport. Car hire is essential.

There are local shops and some restaurants just a few minutes away by car. There are various large supermarkets, shops and banks within 10 minutes by car. Local Villages also within a few minutes drive.

Paphos offers a good selection of nightlife for young and old, from cafes, restaurants, bars & night clubs.

Less than 2km to the Tsada Golf Course. Top quality 18 holes golf course with fantastic views and challenging holes. Minthis Hills Golf Club is now newly refurbished is set in the grounds of an ancient monastery and is a 3 minute drive from the villa. The course is a par 72 and lies in a gentle and picturesque valley with views towards the Troodos Mountains. Course length is 6.60 metres.

We also have the Prestigious Aphrodite Golf Course (25 mins away) also Secret Valley Golf Course are on the doorstep offering super golfing and club house facilities etc.
The new Nick Faldo Golf Course Elea in Geroskipou is now open which is just a 20 minute drive away.

Skiing is available at Troodos Mountains about 1.5hr drive away. Beautiful scenic route with super villages on the way.
