Lovely villa!

Our party of ten, three generations of the family stayed in April during the school Easter holidays. I cannot fault any part of the experience. The villa is as stunning as it looks in the photos. We were welcomed by Daniel and given a comprehensive tour complete with all relevant information regarding how to operate everything. There was a bowl of fruit, bread, milk, wine etc all ready for us. We also appreciated that the cupboards had oil, balsamic, herbs and even the small quantities of alcohol previous visitors had left. This encouraged us to leave similar items behind which makes great sense for all.

The villa is equipped with everything that is needed. Although the cool breeze limited our use of all the delightful outdoor spaces there was plenty of room indoors for all. The heated pool was a huge hit. The four children spent 2/3 hours per day and asked to stay at Anatoli rather than go out. The adults enjoyed the pool and we all had lazy time in the hot tub.

We did venture out to Kato Paphos for the Tomb of the Kings, Pissouri, Aphrodite's Rock, Kouklia all of which were a short journey away very much appreciated by the children.

A great deal of thought has been given to designing and equipping the villa to make it an excellent holiday venue. We all had an enjoyable and relaxing holiday with no complaints.

“WOW... What an amazing Villa.”

 11 of us stayed for 2 weeks this year and what a fantastic property to have as our Holiday base. The large heated infinity pool and grounds around the Villa entertained the 6 kids for hours each day. The pool is maintained to a very high standard, with 2 visits each week by the pool guy. The villa is finished to a very high standard and has absolutely everything you could need to make it a home from home. We made very good use to the two zone sonos built in sound system as well as the amazing array of UK TV channels to entertain the young kids (who got up at 6 am each day!) Excellent location for travel to Aphrodite's beach (5min drive) to the crystal clear waters which are excellent for swimming/snorkelling. Mike (the owner) was so accommodating and helpful with any queries we had before travel, as well as lots of top tips on places to visit and eat out. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Cyprus.

 A superb villa, very well maintained, unbelievable location and very high standard. We couldn't have wished for anything more even if we had tried. Fantastic welcome package on arrival included fruit bowl, wine, beer, water. Pool and views are stunning. Car required really, we had several so not a problem. Would very highly recommend and would book again. Communication with both the owner and Kay the lovely cleaner was very easy.

 This was our third successive year at Villa Anatoli and cannot recommend it highly enough. We range in age between 3 and 72 and find that it is perfect for each one of us to give us a relaxing week away as a home-from-home (if only home always had that much sun and such amazing sea views, we'd never have to go anywhere!). The villa itself is of an extremely high standard and we have always found everything we could have needed during our trip in terms of facilities, kitchen items and even a selection of board games (for the odd rainy day on this occasion). The large swimming pool is a hit with the children, together with the numerous inflatable items and balls that can be used in it, the hot tub is a hit with everyone and certainly gets great use during our stays and the roof terrace is a relaxing way to enjoy a moments peace with an absolutely stunning sea view. There have been recent renovation works to the villa and these have enhanced both the interior (with in particular a fantastic new master bedroom and associated en-suite) and exterior (consisting of a lovely new barbecue area with large stone table and also a new impressively-lit walkway and sprial staircase to the roof terrace). There is a lot of outdoor space and there are a number of different outdoor seating areas too so there is always somewhere suitable regardless of whether you are looking for sun or shade. Other notable and popular features were Sky Sports (to keep up with the odd bit of football) and Sonos (good for music, although the kids understood it far better than me). We split our evenings between BBQs at the villa and meals out in Paphos, which is around a 25 minute drive away, but definitely worth the trip. Aphrodite Hills is a lovely resort and this villa is at the far side of it so I would definitely recommend a car if staying here. It is around a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport and around 15 minutes to a decent sized supermarket in Pissouri. Mike (the owner) has always answered any query quickly and provided great guidance as to the villa itself, directions to it and other information on the local area as and when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to others.

 We stayed here with friends for a weeks holiday and couldn't have asked for more! The villa is absolutely beautiful, real luxury with the comfort of home. You can tell the owners love it and spend plenty of time here and their attention to detail really shows through. We were 4 couples and all had enough space to spread out, the bedrooms are beautiful - especially the master with its stunning bathroom! Lots of outdoor space too, a bbq big enough to cook for an army which the men enjoyed using - we ate in more than planned as it was such a beautiful place we didn't want to leave... The views are magnificent and the top deck is a wonderful place to start and finish the days There are some lovely villages nearby with good restaurants , we enjoyed Gabrielle's in Kouklia We cycled with a great company called Zephyros Adventure Sports who arrange all sorts of activities. Last but not least Mike, the owner, was tremendous from beginning to end, he takes great pride in his villa and all his hard work really pays off, it is a credit to him and I would highly recommend the villa.
