Jane was recommended to me by a friend as I was looking for somebody to advertise my villa and she has certainly not disappointed. As soon as we met I was impressed with her professional approach and how she manages her business through all aspects of the letting process. The website has all the necessary details to help both myself in advertising my property as well as those looking for a holiday location - user friendly, up to date and detailed information. The rental process runs very smoothly with Jane handling all aspects directly with guests, responding quickly and keeping both myself and property manager, Nicos, informed of all bookings. There is also full flexibility for owners in using their own properties. Jane has exceeded my expectations in the number of bookings achieved and I would certainly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of renting their property.

Jane has done a great job for us. We decided we wanted to rent out our apartment to holiday makers. We were only thinking of about 5 or 6 weeks per annum to help cover the annual running fees.
Jane has exceeded out expectations with around 15 weeks of rentals in our first year.
Everything runs smoothly, working with Nicos, our local management agent who takes care of cleaning, laundry, WiFi and television.
We don’t have to do anything as all the reservations are taken care of and our guests deal directly with Jane & Nicos. We are very happy to recommend Jane.

Would highly recommend using Jane's Villas. We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Aphrodite Hills Resort in Cyprus. The villa was stunning both from a location and quality point of view, Pambos who owned the villa was a delight and greeted us on arrival with a full induction of the house! "The apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed in it, including a very nice welcome pack, the apartment was clean and tidy and spacious and set in a great location, with a very nice secluded garden area which also captures the late afternoon and the early evening sun, we also made use of the BBQ which was available, and this lovely apartment is only a two minute walk to the swimming pool, and a 10 minute walk to the restaurants around the village, although we found the supermarket in the village complex is quite expensive.  
Your property manager for this apartment Nicos was also very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for him and he also arranged our car hire at a very good rate.
Again the service you provide in booking this holiday is first class, as it was the previous year when we first booked through you.
Looking where to book for next year, but will definitely be coming back to yourself."
