The property is L shaped and has the bedrooms located at either end of the property with living area & kitchen both centrally located. Under floor central heating is available, as an optional extra, for winter bookings.

The kitchen is very well equipped, with granite worktops & offers all you need for a ‘home from home’ experience, the lounge has 2 comfy leather sofas, TV, free wi-fi & log burner for winter use. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage areas, 2 hair dryers, A/C.

There are 2 bathrooms so 1 for each bedroom, bathroom off Twin Bedroom has en-suite shower room and the Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of bathtub & over shower. Both bedrooms have fly screens and open out onto the superb rear pool area, all rooms have A/C units & ceiling fans for comfort.

The pool is a salt water pool & is 3.5mtrs x 7mtr in size, with depths of around 1-1.5mtr, side steps offer easy access, we also offer use of a heated Jacuzzi/Hot tub, available if required, at extra weekly cost. 

Both the pool & hot tub sits alongside the outside covered terrace area which also looks onto the well-manicured garden, the driveway offers a covered car port accessed via electronic gates. The holiday home offers a gas barbecue. The property is South facing and offers all day sunshine so ideal for the avid sun worshipers, sun loungers/parasols are in situ for all. This property is South facing, so benefits from all day sunshine!

There are a couple of local tavernas within 10 mins easy walking distance of the property, many supermarkets and a larger choice of restaurants/bars/ tavernas/ local beaches etc  are just a very short drive away. Tala village square is also close by and offers a great choice of tavernas & great atmosphere!

Should guests require the option of the hot tub to be heated, this is available at extra cost of £80GB pw, please advise in advance if this service is required.

The port of Limassol is only 45 mins drive from motorway link offering super shops/restaurants and sea front walking. Paphos airport is only 20 mins drive away, Car hire is recommended.
