Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time in the Villa. Spacious, Clean and a water cooler which was a great touch! The outside space was one of the villa's best features. BBQ, a large lounging area and 10m x 5m pool! I will be defiantly back and would recommend this Villa to anyone.

Great stay, fabulous Villa close to lovely Mandria village
From the welcome pack on arrival including Champagne and the WOW factor of seeing the beautifully appointed Villa the holiday went from strength to strength. The support staff Jane Buckley and Bradley were fantastic. Five of us stayed and there was loads of room for all, the weather was also great which always helps. a beach is 15 minutes walk away. We ate in nearby Mandria village and Kouklia where I would particularly recommend Sophia's Tavern and Gabriel's Tavern, Quiz nights at Sophia's with Host Lisa and Quiz mistress Jezzabel were a scream. Paphos airport is only 15 minutes away so its all very easy.

Stunning private villa with huge amounts of class*****
From start to finish, our recent stay in villa Irini was wonderful. Jane and Paul made the whole experience enjoyable from the ease of booking to leaving the property on the final day. The moment we entered the villa's kitchen and saw the large open plan space, we knew that this was a special place, further exploration upstairs also confirmed our choice of villa Irini for our holiday, every room has something to make you feel special.

Everything about the villa is quality and guests are definitely the number 1 priority for Jane and Paul. The villa is set in a large garden plot, a good size pool with lots of inflatable toys that kids both young and old can enjoy, plenty of sun loungers and a large shaded area for the 'sun avoidance brigade' Definitely a villa and location that i would return to.  If you are looking for a classy villa experience, this villa from Jane, hits the spot.

Fantastic villa!

We arrived late at night to find the fridge stocked with alcoholic drinks and other essentials. This is a great villa, plenty of space, spotlessly clean throughout with a lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We would definitely recommend it.

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY!

We have just had a wonderful holiday in Mandria staying at Janes Villa. This lady thinks of everything you might need during your stay and makes it available. It’s like a home from from home, well equipped kitchen, superbly decorated and furnished, with comfy beds and bathroom facilities. The washing machine and outside drying space means your laundry dries in no time thanks to the sunshine. There is a seating area just outside the patio doors where we sat for many evenings drinking wine and looking over the pool with the colourful lights.  Breakfast under the shade in the mornings and sun beds beside the swimming pool, what more could you ask. We loved it our second visit but not our last.

Villa with the 'WOW' Factor!

Just back from a 3 week holiday staying at the fabulous Irini Villa owned by Jane of Jane's Exclusive Villas.

Situated on the outskirts of Mandria close to the beach and popular Mandria Beach Bar, but also close to the village of Mandria - always buzzing at night with many restaurants and tavernas and supermarket. Home of the famous Fish and Chip restaurant and close to Paphos airport.
The villa is very luxurious and very tastefully decorated and as soon as you walk into the property it has the "wow" factor. Open plan ground floor and doors to the patio with a fabulous swimming pool, large gardens with built in BBQ, a shaded dining area under a sail canopy and numerous sun loungers. Always somewhere where you can sit in the shade or take advantage of the normal Cyprus sun.

There is a sweeping granite staircase leading up  to the three bedrooms, and family bathroom. The main master bedroom is just stunning with its own balcony for that morning coffee overlooking the gardens and pool with views across the fields to the sea. This bedroom has its own corner jacuzzi bath and shower etc again the decor is great. There is another double bedroom with a balcony at the front and a third twin bedroom - all with air conditioning and fans.
Why would we go anywhere else? it is for us - total luxury and convenient to all the amenities needed for a very relaxing holiday which we look forward to every year.

Jane and Paul are very friendly, make you feel very welcome, provide everything for you and make sure it is spotless and the information pack they have compiled is very comprehensive and invaluable to find your way around. Interim linen changes and with Paul looking after the pool and a call away if you need them.

Guys, thank you yet again for a brilliant holiday and a villa you should be proud of - now trying to organize the dates for our return next year to a villa where we feel at home.

IRINI VILLA!

Visited Cyprus for the 1st time in years to attend our daughter’s wedding and celebrations. 
Chose the Irini Villa in Mandria based on the website photos and its excellent proximity to Paphos & Kouklia, we were not disappointed! Our party consisted of 6 adults & a 2 year old, with our every need fully covered in this super villa.
We enjoyed ourselves so much we have already booked a return Cyprus visit!

WOW absolutely superb villa.Once again Jane hasn’t let us down . We stayed in the Irini Villa for 10 nights . There is absolutely everything in the villa you could possibly need . Great location . Lovely pool . Like home from home . Can’t wait to return . My 50th birthday couldn’t of been better !!

This was our first Villa holiday and I think we picked one of the best villa's to start. The Villa: Irini Villa has everything you need and is so beautifully presented, The pool was a very generous size and surrounded by landscaped garden and BBQ area, The villa has WIFI and large TV and all the equipment you need: Water cooler, kitchen appliances (Dishwasher, microwave, cooker etc...), Aircon not forgetting the amazing Jacuzzi in them master bedroom (but you may have to fight with your kids to get time in it) Location: The Villa is 10mins from Paphos airport we used a local taxi firm for the airport transfers. Mandria village is a 10min walk where there is a local shop that does a little bit of everything from bacon, milk, eggs, to inflatables and souvenirs, also in the village is a few tavernas which all do amazing delicious food. Owners: Jane & Paul do an amazing and professional job and running these Villas, unfortunately we didn't get to meet Jane as she was visiting the UK but Paul was amazing and so kind, he even run me up to the bigger supermarket a couple of times and it seemed to be no problem for him. Overall this was an amazing holiday made perfect by the owners (Jane & Paul) and the amazing Villa - If you are considering booking a holiday here then do it, you will not be disappointed

Would definitely book through Jane again
We stayed in two beautiful villas during our fortnight holiday. We had a few challenges to deal with during our stay and Jane was on hand to help out with a smile - making the difference between a ruined holiday and an eventful one! Would definitely recommend both Jane's company and Irina Villa - which was beautiful, quiet and had absolutely anything you could need. It's also tornado proof!! Would also recommend a stay in Mandria - really close to Paphos and with a lovely village centre (great value food at Kentpoikon) and supermarket on hand. Although we've been to the Paphos area half a dozen times, this was our first booking through Jane...wouldn't book with anyone else now!

Villa Irini certainly has the WOW factor- in spades full!!
On arrival at the villa it was everything we had hoped for - and some! Jane has thought of everything and the villa is presented immaculately. The welcome pack is excellent- from the 6 eggs to the pack of beer and the bottle of wine to enjoy from the bubbles in the Jacuzzi bath. The recent addition of mood lighting in the pool just topped everything off. Sitting in the lovely garden at night is just magical. There is also mood lighting in the lounge area - change the mood with just a click of the remote!! Apart from the amazing attention to detail, knowing that Jane or her lovely partner Paul are just a phone call away adds more icing to the cake. This is the first holiday where the "management" joined us for a drink at the beach bar!
Mandria Village, though retaining it's traditional agricultural background is idea as a base. There are several restaurants including the fish and chip restaurant which attracts customers from the surrounding area. Possibly the highlight for us was the beach bar which is rustic, friendly and perfect for a drink whilst watching the sun set. The VIP sun bed is something else!!
We would also highly recommend Gabrielle's restaurant in Kouklia, Muse restaurant in Paphos and the Hideaway Pissouri Village. Sadly we were unimpressed with 7 St Georges in Paphos - a real let down after reading the reviews. Equally good fun though was cooking our own meals on the BBQ at Villa Irini. The supermarket adjacent to the motorway junction, just 5 minutes from the villa has everything you could need at very reasonable prices.
Our 2 weeks in Mandria flew by too quickly - will have to return for another luxury holiday. Would recommend without hesitation Jane's villas to anyone who wants quality and value from their holiday.

FANTASTIC
We had 6 people in our party (3 couples) and we had an absolutely flawless time. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane or Paul. Booking and payments were simple straight forward and well explained. Communication with jane was excellent and always got a prompt informative response. The villa was amazing, very spacious, very clean, modern and had everything we needed at hand, and more (internet, tv, dvd, ipod dock). The pool and back yard area extremely clean and again everything you would want and more. Might i add cleaned twice a week.
The small village is walking distance away with some great food and cocktails and only 10 min taxi run into pafos.
Overall 10/10 from us all and would highly recommend to anyone. Will give you an amazing holiday to remember

Positively Perfect In Every Way!
Attention to detail and excellent customer service provided by our lovely, warm hosts Jane and Paul made this long awaited family holiday positively perfect in every way. From initial booking enquiry, throughout our stay and a courtesy email on return home, Jane and Paul have really taken care of us. Their response time to any questions we had was second to none. The location of the villa is a fantastic base to access the amenities within Mandria village itself but also to explore the stunning locations Cyprus has to offer. This was facilitated by hiring the owner's vehicle, where we were met by Jane at the airport who transferred us to the villa and orientated us to facilities en route, it really couldn't have been simpler. Irini villa is as gorgeous as it appears on the website, it is elegant yet homely and the property was absolutely beautifully presented for our arrival, including a fridge of goodies and a bottle of fizz by the Jacuzzi in the master en suite!! There is everything you made need to make it your home for the duration of your stay.
The villa has various aspects to sunbathe/sit outside. You can enjoy a lovely sea view from the upstairs balconies or a mountain view from downstairs, in our opinion it's location is the best plot on the avenue, which meant that we could enjoy the sun all day (despite having a few rainy days, to be expected at the time we were there). Having the privacy and the comfort of this stunning villa made this a very special and memorable family holiday. This was our first visit to Cyprus (it definitely won't be our last) now we have found Irini villa we can plan for next year and explore further. For a sandy beach day we recommend Coral Bay Beach (free parking, great beach bar only 40 minutes by car and well worth it). Paphos town harbour was one of our favorite locations both day and night (fantastic mojitos and food at the Harbour cafe bar, located on the triangle opposite the taxi rank, next to free municipal parking). Also if you fancy a posh grub night, try Mare Mare restaurant on the main strip, it has an elevated location (very trendy and contemporary, fantastic service). Or any of the harbour side restaurants are very appealing. Neighboring village of Kouklia has a collection of tavernas, 'Gabriel's' highly recommended, very family orientated (we were given complementary chocolate cake and freshly picked mandarins by the local farmers). Also recommend Pissouri along the coastal road, stunning drive.
