This was our first visit to Cyprus and we thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay. The local people in the shops, bars & restaurants were very friendly & welcoming, so too was the receptionist at Aphrodite Sands. Our apartment on the 2nd floor of the complex was lovely & spacious, with a large balcony & had great views over the beautifully maintained gardens & pool area. From the kitchen window we could view the farmland & sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean & well equipped, with plenty of storage space.  We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We can recommend Aphrodite Sands & have already booked for next year. Can’t wait!
Jane’s website is very user friendly, so it was easy to book & Jane is easy to contact for any queries. She provided us with all the necessary information. The only downside is the early checkout at 10.00am, we think 11.00am is a bit more reasonable, especially if your flight home is late afternoon/evening.

 First class accommodation and easy booking!!!
 
The accommodation was recommended to us by our friends who live in Cyprus and had previously stayed there too. The booking process was very easy and straight forward as was the communication too. We felt very confident and comfortable booking with Jane and this was proven to be correct. To be fair, the apartment was undersold to us. We had a prime top floor location overlooking the pool with views out to the sea. As well as being spotlessly clean and fully equipped the apartment was a lot bigger than we had expected. The balcony area was large enough to party with 20 friends. At the beginning of our stay we were even paid a visit by the maintenance team who called to fit additional locking points to the windows and sliding doors which was reassuring. The pool area is large enough to cope with all of the guests and we were never without a sun lounger, nor did we have to wake up at the crack of dawn to reserve one, which makes a refreshing change. The bars and restaurants of Mandria are on your doorstep, with no more than a 3 minute walk away. They are also not the type of bars that generate lots of noise, so peace & quiet is guaranteed. All in all, a fantastic holiday was had and so much so, we are looking to return in 2020. I would highly recommend. Thanks, Jane!

Fabulous First Cyprus Holiday *****
 
Our first Cyprus Holiday was excellent, made with ease by booking with Jane, We felt confident in booking with her for our apartment very professional service, her knowledge of Cyprus a premium help always on hand and advice invaluable on where to shop etc. Have already mentioned to a couple of friends and wouldn't do that unless we where 100% happy. Fab place our rental was clean and airy lovely place can't fault anything. We will be back. Look forward to seeing you soon, your service was invaluable!

Great stay in Aphrodite Sands resort, APHRODITE SANDS *****
What a comfortable and spacious apartment with beautiful views of the swimming pools and surrounding fields. Although it is a 1 bed it can easily accommodate a family with 1 or 2 kids. Well equipped, clean and an amazing size balcony. We had a great stay and will certainly be back!!

Fabulous Apt in Mandria! *****
A fabulous spacious apartment on a beautiful complex. The apartment is light and has a massive balcony. At the time of year we visited, it is in the best position on the whole complex. As the sun starts to set and is now longer shining on the pool area, the sun is shining on this balcony so we would go back to our room and have our own 'happy hour' on our own private balcony! There was plenty of hot water and the shower was lovely. There was plenty of towels in the cupboard and the wardrobes were huge with lots of coat hangers which is always a plus. It was only a five minute walk to the village where there was a small selection of restaurants. The fish and chip restaurant is definitely worth a visit...the best fish and chips we have ever had. We found the food and drink to be excellent value for money and the people very friendly.

Aphrodite Sands Mandria *****
Cyprus was lovely, the people friendly and the accommodation just what we wanted. A lovely apartment overlooking beautiful gardens and pool. The pool was warm enough for me, just! I hate cold water. All the apartments have large balconies, and I picked our apartment because it would get the afternoon and evening sun, but as a bonus because of its position we got sun all day. Plenty of covered area as well so shade if required.
Liked the fact that we also had a kitchen window that gave us a view of outside the apartments and it was nice to watch the farmer in his fields. The kitchen had all the basics required, everything was very clean and presented well.
The bed and sofa comfortable. We took some DVDs to watch but the Fox movie channel available was also great for movies. It is close to the airport so no long transfers, but don't let that put you off if you are worried about the noise, there wasn't any, could see the planes descending but will repeat that noise was not a problem.
We hired a car and went all over so really got to see a lot of Cyprus. Driving was easy, just like the UK. Great beach bar just off the airport road, turn down to the beach at the sign for the party venue place, with the big modern building. Best supermarket the big green fronted one just outside the village on the main road heading towards Paphos.
Jane our host made all the booking details easy, and answered all questions promptly and accurately. We had a lovely week and would certainly go back to this apartment and location.
