Superb Apt
We have been using Jane for booking our Cyprus holiday for over 8 years now and everything is always top quality service and any specific requests are catered for where possible. The accommodation is superb, fabulous facilities, in apartment WI-FI, Sky Tv and a real home from home. Can’t recommend enough!

Hi Jane, our stay at Aphrodite sands was fantastic from beginning to the end, our apartment C102 was like home from home, the owners left nothing to be desired has they thought of everything from screwdrivers to cool bags, cleanliness and fittings were exceptional, welcome pack was a good start as we arrived late. Complex amenities and location 10/10,one slight problem with electrics and was soon sorted by Jackie who was very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend this apartment and complex, will hopefully visit again soon. Holiday was fantastic as there was 12 of us in complex who also had a great time could not fault there own apartments either.

This is a beautiful apartment, clean and well appointed a real home from home.
The apartment is very comfortable to spend time in, all the rooms are a good size and bedrooms have plenty of storage space. The balcony is large with space for a table and chairs and a lounge area to relax in. The balcony Has a solid cover so there is plenty of shade, in August the sun hits the balcony in the afternoon. A great apartment and cant recommend enough.

Beautiful, luxurious apartment in the perfect family holiday setting.
Absolutely loved the apartment from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was tastefully decorated. It provided ample space for a family of 5 including a toddler for whom the owners provided everything we needed whilst on holiday. We were impressed with all the facilities in the apartment including excellent air conditioning and a good selection of DVDs for evenings indoors. On the balcony, spectacular views and the plentiful seating meant that we could enjoy meals and games of cards in the warm air and sunshine.
The pool areas and the spa were also impressive and we enjoyed many hours playing and relaxing here. There's plenty of sun loungers around the two sizeable pools and there's even a snack bar and a small park/play area on site.
The local area was great too as shops, restaurants and tavernas were all within a 5 minute walk across easily navigable, flat terrain. The local area felt safe and welcoming. Nearby restaurants and bars are all reasonably priced and offer generous portions of good quality food. The staff were always pleasant and friendly too.
A car helped us to venture further a field but there is public transport operating locally for those without a car. The village of Mandria where the apartment is situated is conveniently located only a short distance from motorways and other main roads making trips to nearby Paphos very convenient.
Overall, we loved our stay at Aphrodite Sands in Apartment Vyreni. The owners and the apartment manager were responsive to our every need and we are looking forward to returning next year. Top notch accommodation!

Just what the doctor ordered!
We found this property by chance but Lee was so helpful and informative that we thought we would give it a go.
The photos don’t do the property justice, it is set in a beautiful complex with two lovely pools- perfect for our little boy.
The apartment was brilliant. Immaculately clean (thank you Jackie) and it was so homely with an amazing sofa (please tell me where you got it ) , a lovely balcony and a great room for my boy equipped with DVD’s to keep him occupied during the midday “rest”.
If you want a busy and lovely break then Mandria is not for you. There is nowhere to buy gifts or even postcards (!) but this is what makes it great.
We enjoyed a long walk to the restaurants finding all sorts of fruit growing including avocado, grapefruit and bananas!
I can’t fault the apartment, Lee, or the complex , it really was great. There is an old (ish) man we saw every day tending to the plants and the pools. He was very friendly and worked so hard. I wish I could give a bad review to keep everyone else away!!!!
It was a shame not to have the mentioned bbq as we were looking forward to this.
Also , I would like to say that homeaway are shocking. We had a ongoing issue for weeks where they had charged us twice and trying to speak to a human being was impossible. If it wasn’t for Lee and his reassuring messages we would have cancelled. This apartment is so great that it probably won’t be long before Lee can “go it alone”!

This was our 4th visit to Aphroditit Sands and this apartment was definately the best one we have stayed in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday. Great communication from the owner who provided a very helpful brochure with everything you need to know during your stay. The complex itself is really well maintained with a lovely pool, spa and gym. We would definately book this apartment again and will be recommending to friends. A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you!

Very Relaxing Holiday

My family and I were extremely impressed with our stay at Aphrodite Sands. From our initial contact with Lee we found him extremely helpful and the information pack which we received was fantastic.
The apartment itself is modern and clean and there was nothing that we needed as Lee and Jane have thought of everything.
There are plenty of sunbeds round the pool and no need to get up early to reserve them - always plenty available
It is walking distance to the restaurants in Mandria but we hired a car and went into Paphos and Coral Bay some nights - all in all we had a very Relaxing lovely holiday and would highly recommend

Brilliant Apartment

This was our second visit to Lee's apartment and we where not disappointed,
it was clean and in excellent condition. The location is good and in easy walking distance to the sea and restaurants. The swimming pool was lovely - and cleaned regularly. We were left a welcome pack which meant we didn't need to rush out to the shops. Overall an excellent apartment in a good position of which we would be more than happy to return to

The apartment in the Aphrodite Sands complex in Mandria is stunning. Two bedrooms well furnished & spotlessly clean and to a five star standard as all the properties on Jane’s Cyprus Properties website are. Apartment had all that you need with excellent kitchen area, big enough to comfortably accommodate 4 people easily. Large balcony with table & chairs for dining as well as seats to relax in too and all overlooking the pool area. It was just the perfect place and Mandria its self is amazing. 
You must go!!! If you are looking for top quality accommodation second to none with 5 star service then Jane’s Exclusive Cyprus Properties is the Company to book through. Perfect!

We had a lovely week in this apartment. It's well equipped and perfectly placed to walk into the village of Mandria or explore nearby villages. The facilities are excellent in the resort also which makes for a very relaxing holiday. We would definitely book again and really appreciated the effort the owners made to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. Thanks again for your efforts!

Lovely apartment in a great location

We were looking for a smart apartment a short stroll from tavernas & shop for a relaxing break and we were not disappointed. The property was very well equipped although with the local tavernas serving such great food we ate out every day. The swimming pools were excellent and never crowded and we found the poolside area a joy to spend time around (no noisy organised activities etc). Our favourite place to eat was the Kentpoikon taverna on the main square which was excellent value for money with friendly service, especially the Sunday buffet which at €13 is a must. Mandria is not in our opinion the place for a beach holiday as it is a fairly long walk (25 minutes with very little shade) and really not worth the effort once you get there but as we said the excellent pools at the apartment meant this was not an issue for us. We found the village shop adequate for most things (bread, honey, yoghurt etc) but for fresh fruit, veg and a wider selection of goods should you be cooking, a larger supermarket about 25 minutes level walk away was the place to head for. We only went once as a long way to carry heavy shopping bags and just how much water melon can one eat in a week! Mandria is a location where you do not need a car, we didn't, but useful if you are staying longer than a week or wish to explore further afield. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in recommending Lee & Jane's lovely apartment - we will certainly use it again.

The old saying "it does what it says on the tin"can not be more true. What you see on the photo's is what you get. Superb accommodation with everything you need to make your holiday special. The owners have thought of everything. You wake refreshed and sit on the spacious balcony to have breakfast, not overlooked but in a commanding position on the site that gives you wonderful views of the garden and pool area. The gym suited me to the ground and the staff were warm and friendly. Many thanks to the owners for making our holiday special. We will be back.

We have had a great holiday with many thanks to the owners Lee and Jane.
Every detail and description given was exactly as it was. The property is in first class condition overlooking the pools. It was very well maintained, clean and on arrival the welcome pack and flowers were a lovely gesture. It had all the facilities of home from home.
Lee and Jane help when booking cannot be faulted, it was excellent. E Mails were replied too very quickly and our questions were never too much trouble for them to answer.
Even questions regarding flights, car and boat hire were answered very quickly. The brochure supplied giving details of the complex layout and all other details for a perfect holiday was excellent.
The on site management team were also very friendly, helpful and answered any questions that we asked.
I would certainly recommend this property to our relatives and friends looking for a holiday in Cyprus.

Beautiful apartment

This is a spotlessly clean and modern apartment perfectly placed for easy walking distance to the village of Mandria which has some excellent restaurants and a good supermarket. The unspoilt beach is also within walking distance and their are also a number of stunning golf courses close by. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and the two contemporary bathrooms are modern bright and clean. It's also the little extras that Lee and Jane provide which make it so appealing such as pretty candles and lovely soft furnishings and a hairdryer. The balcony is fantastic and fully furnished. It's such an amazing space and overlooks the beautifully clean pools and immaculate gardens. The spa is also lovely with such friendly staff. This is out third year at this wonderful apartment and we are already planning for our next trip. It's just like 'coming home' to us. We are so delighted that we have found this ' little piece of paradise' and can highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.
