The 3 bedrooms feature luxury fitted sliding wardrobes & large comfy beds. In addition the apartment is fully air-conditioned. Android TV offers a good selection of English channel & is streamed via the Internet.

Modern L Shaped sofa in lounge & large white dining table with 6 chairs, free wi-fi now installed. A high spec, modern kitchen with w/m, d/w, microwave, cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots & pans has all you need to enjoy a great ’home from home’ holiday experience!

The 3 double bedrooms all have King size beds, Master bedroom has en-suite shower room and then there’s a 2nd shower room for use of bedrooms 2 & 3. Patio doors leading off two of the main bedrooms lead out to the external pool area, all bedrooms have fitted sliding wardrobes, A/C, hair dryer provided. 1 Safe for valuables.

The stylish lounge area leads out onto covered terrace area with external table, chairs & BBQ, a great place where you can just sit back, sunbathe and enjoy a glass of wine, this property also has private rear garden. 

The Apt also boasts its own private 8x4mtr pool with side steps enabling easy access for young children or elderly persons. The Apt also has access to a superb communal pool too, this is for sole use of all guests residing at Alexander Heights, and is less than 1 minute walk from the from door so you really do have the best of both worlds!!

This is a family friendly Apt and ideal for people with disabilities that need wheelchair access as doorways are wide and all bedrooms/shower rooms are one ground floor level.

Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels are provided.

Arrival & Dept. cleans are included & mid-stay laundry change is included for bookings of 14 days or more, additional cleaning services are available, at extra cost.

The Apt is located in Alexander Heights less than a 3 min walk to Golf clubhouse, Health Spa, Tennis and Football & Golf academies, Resort center. The village is a mixed development of townhouses and apartments and is the most central village, positioned near the golf and tennis academies, within short walking distance of the Inter-Continental Hotel, spa, clubhouse, picturesque village, shops, cafes, restaurant.

Nearest golf is just a stones throw away. The Aphrodite Hills Resort the Aphrodite Hills Golf Course has an 18 hole course designed by acclaimed course architect Cabell Robinson. There is a 3 hole Academy course and golf range. The golf club includes pro shop, restaurant and bar. PGA professionals are available for lessons.

Secret Valley Golf Course (18 holes) is 3km away. The new Nick Faldo Course is 6km away, Tsada Golf Course (18 holes) is 30km away.

The Aphrodite Hills Beach is below the entrance to the resort. The beach is secluded and provides a restaurant with sun beds for hire. Water sports available at Pissouri Beach - 15 minutes drive - water ski, wake board, kite surf, jet ski and sail. Lessons are available through Columbia Water Sports. There are many beaches close by including Aphrodite's Rock, Avdimou beach and Kourion beach.

Car hire is recommended for access to other Golf Courses on the Island, for sightseeing and to enjoy the sites and historical places you are able to visit.  Troodos Mountains are 45 minutes away and Paphos Harbour 20 minutes.
